Sophie & Trey — Local services in Lake Mary

Last Sunday 5/13/18 my daughter and I visited the Lake Mary location in the afternoon after visiting all the big department stores for her 8th grade dance attempting to find a dress that would match the requirements. We were about to give up all hope on ever finding the right dress until we entered your store and right away, the two young ladies that were working could not have been anymore help. Within minutes they found a dress that match our needs as well as my daughters liking. I must say that before entering I was a little skeptical as I always thought that boutiques were expensive but much to my surprise it was very reasonable! This was a great experience that I will not soon forget and told my wife about as soon as we came home!

Out of the visits to the large department stores we quickly found out that no one was willing to assist us nor could we even find anyone to help, but your employees could not have done any better as they showed me and my daughter many options online as well as pulling many options from the shelves for her to try on. My daughter was so happy with the outcome and she looked so beautiful when she chose the right dress from your store. We will forever be grateful for all your employees and the attention and assistance they gave us and we will certainly be visiting your shop again!!

Sophie and trey is always my go to when I need the perfect outfit for any ocassion. My friends often joke I am a walking advertisement for them since the majority of my wardrobe is sophie and trey and I am always recieving receiving compliments on my outfits. The customer service is outstanding. Last summer, I ordered a romper for 4th of July. UPS said it was placed in my mailbox but I never recieved it. I called sophie and trey and told them the mail carrier placed my order in the wrong mailbox and without any hesitation they shipped me the exact romper free of charge. Turns out, my first order had been found so I called right away to cancel the new order. A week later, I received an apology letter from sophie and trey that came with a little gift. I never write reviews, but after my last experience I must share. I’ve been going to Sophie and Trey and their sister boutiques for years. I love the pieces and it’s very affordable for a small clothing boutique. I went in over the weekend, in a frantic, for an outfit for a concert I was attending. Kristen, the owner, pulled multiple options for me from head to toe. After trying on the dress, we determined it would look better with a belt. Unfortunately they sold out of the belt that would look best, but Kristen was wearing it with HER OUTFIT, without hesitation she took it off her waist, and gave it to me FOR FREE to complete my outfit.

If that’s not the best customer service ….. All I can say is, I was already a life long customer but now I will go out of my way to let everyone know how sincere and AMAZING this small town boutique really is.
