I ordered online from here, trying to make my day better, a drink with no ice and I used my points so it was free. They gave me it half full then the guy said he could add more milk and, although that’s not what I wanted, I said sure. I guess his manager said he couldn’t cause he would have to charge me. But if I would’ve asked for extra milk online it would’ve been free like all of the other add ins so why not just add some more milk and move on with our days. At tropical smoothie if your cup isn’t full we make more smoothie to fill it and we don’t charge you. Read moreThis used to be my favorite starbucks when Kim worked here. Since shes been gone, it seems to have gone downhill with customer service, at least at the drive-thru. The line has also moved painstakingly slow the last few weeks I've gone. It seems they've hired a few new people who don't seem to care about how they treat customers, which is a shame. Because you're the only starbucks around you can act however you want as employees? They've also been out of long straws the last 4 times I've been. I wish they could spread the love more at this location like most other starbucks. Why are we paying so much for a drink again? Read moreI normally don't go to Starbucks but it was on my way to work and coffee was definitely needed today. I got THE BEST service! They were all happy, friendly, helpful and fast! I was thrown off that there was a person physically there to take my order vs using the speaker but she was extremely helpful and extremely welcoming. Her upbeat attitude and positive demeanor was infectious. I do wish the menu was there to see but that's just because I am a socially awkward person but she was great about it and didn't make me feel bad.
