I am editing this review. I want to update and credit the young lady that helped me. I went in after working overnights one morning. I get off at 7am, I waited until 9am when they open to go in. I did some research and discovered I was most likely having Sim card issues. I went in and told Sean this info. He looked at my phone's home screen and said it wasnt the Sim card. He reset the network setting and said if that didn't work I would need a new phone. Typical salesman response. Needless to say his "fix" did not work. He asked if he could type up a review and submit it. I agreed, but I never said I wouldn't return and edit it later.
I went back a couple nights later. I spoke to a young lady last Thursday evening she was incredibly polite, listened to what problems I was having and swapped out my Sim card for me. Now it turns out the Sim card wasnt the issue it was my Sim card reader. But, either way, she was the real reason I am giving the 5 star review. She was helping me and helping another lady with her bill at the same time. Great job, I am so sorry I cannot remember her name. She was working November 6th around 6pm. Great...
