WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Ordered our food to pick up, they forgot half of our order. Inconvenient but no big deal, they called us and let us know. Then said that we needed to look at the food we had to make sure. We explained that we were 10-15 away and were on the highway.

Then we were told we needed to check our order WHILE WE WERE DRIVING and were upset that we were not going to pull over on the highway to check our order for them.

They said that they would check our order and call us back.

They called as we were bringing things into the house and we promptly called them when we saw the missed call right after we set the food down.

The worst part is that they called us about 8:40 we called them right back at 8:41 to try and sort this out and when we called the woman who answered said "we close at 9" BEFORE WE COULD EVEN SAY ANYTHING AND HUNG UP ON US.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

NEVER EVEN RESOLVED THE FACT THAT THEY SHORTED US ON OUR FOOD AND WOULD NOT EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

In my opinion they just stole half of the price of our order. We just spent all day clearing out a mouse infestation we found our garage and just wanted to eat and go to bed, thank you for ruining our already terrible day, chopsticks house, I have never felt so insulted by a restaurant. I have no idea how you stay in buisness if this is how you treat...

Avoid, your guts will thank you! I ordered Sesame chicken, Lemon chicken, BBQ Pork, Beef Tenderloin, Pork Fried Rice.

The BBQ Pork was dry as heck. I had water in the car, and water didn't help to make it taste better. Also there's a bright neon orange ring around it, I felt like it shouldn't be that bright.

Beef Tenderloin - the sauce was neon orange, doesn't look like any sunset I have ever had. It smelled so rotten (think rotting seafood, ya it was bad!), that we tossed it out before even trying it. Hard PASS on that!

The Sesame chicken was not bad, it's not the worst I've had but I have definitely had better. The batter and flavoring were awesome, the chicken was modular, chewy and slimy.

Pork Fried rice - Tasted like they tossed it in the microwave before being passed off to me as freshly made. You can taste the difference between old and fresh.

Lemon chicken - Very yellow, like a highlighter color. Good lemon chicken isn't so yellow as it is flavorful. This was not very flavorful.

I feel like whoever prepared this, just hates their life, you can taste it in the food. Maybe it's time to retire? I wish I went to Brat and Beer like my husband did, the small portion he gave me was so much better than...

Everything about this place including the customer service is horrible it doesn't represent the Lake Stevens Community at all!! The food was cold, and not what we asked to receive! And then when you asked for them to fix it they want to make you feel like you're the problem! I ordered dinner for my family just to receive the wrong order and the order I received I was told to just have that instead... mind you if I wanted that, I would have ordered it! I called to let them know I received the wrong order and they said they would call me back and I received no call back. Then when I called to ask why I didn't receive a call back, the manager was willing to fix it But the owner had the nerve to call me and tell me he cannot fix it ...and he didn't care, if I left a bad review, nor did he care if I complained to anybody! He obviously isn't a good sounding businessman because we spend hundreds of dollars at his restaurant in the recent past, and the order I was not happy with was only $40 go figure.. do not order from this restaurant you won't be happy it is going...
