Update. I spoke with Allie the next day and she told us to come in and she would make everything right with us. We went in and Allie was amazing and helpful. Thanks so much Allie for helping us out.
My daughter went in to upgrade her phone. Elizabeth showed her a 12 mini and a 12 iPhone. My daughter said she liked the 12. Elizabeth then Gave her the phone and had her transfer all info on her phone at home. Due to Covid Once at home I asked her how much GB she got. She said I was never given that option. She just gave me the 12. We then stopped by the Marysville store to see if we could drop off the old phone and change her phone GB. Once we walked in and told them that Elizabeth never asked my daughter how many GB she wanted and never educated her or told her the different options as a sales person should. Marysville said they would have to charge us a $50 restocking fee, but since Elizabeth made the mistake of not asking her Then the Lake Stevens store could wave the fee for us. We then went back to Lake Stevens store and Elizabeth was the only one working. My daughter said she wanted to give them her old phone and wanted to upgrade the GB on her new phone. Elizabeth then acted put out and was clearly not happy about us coming back. She then opens the new phone and tells my daughter to transfer her info as quickly as she can. They says oh by the way it’s going to cost $50 restocking fee. I said Marysville store said it could be waved as you never gave her the option. Elizabeth told me to go to back to Marysville. She then told me it was my daughters fault for not specifying which phone she wanted. Then she because rude and was talking nasty to my family. When we were leaving she sarcastically told me that she felt so sorry for me and my kids. I’ve never been spoken to by anyone like that especially someone in customer service. We spend a lot of money with AT&T and then this particular date we bought two new phones. They were able to move over the phone-line but said they were unable to upgrade the phone since there is a waiting period. I've never heard of opening a new phone line on your account and not being able to get a phone? I was told to come back after 3 days since that's the waiting period. I went back and was told to come back the next day when the manager was there so he would do it. Went back the following day to be told I couldn't get a phone for 30 days but that I could order one through Samsung and bring it in and they could set it up but that I cannot order one through At&t for 30 days. Well I ordered a new phone through At&t online with zero problems now I just have to wait a few days to receive it in the mail. If I can order it online why couldn't I get it in the store? It all makes zero sense! Very unimpressed! Read moreI worked with the Lake Stevens. WA store yesterday on getting a Smart Watch Galaxy 4 up and running. I ordered a replacement and It was received in 24 hours. Nice job AT & T !! I worked with the Manager of the Lake Stevens, Wa, store. He was knowledgeable and intelligent. He worked with me for about 2 hours. In the end he worked with Technical Support to resolve my issues with the smart watch. I don't believe AT&T has a good product in the Galaxy Smartwatch 4. And both customer and technical support are not well versed in this smart watch. I have spent days in trying to numbersync my cell to my smartwatch. Ridiculous. Back to my experience at the AT&T Lake Stevens Wa store. The manager worked for over 2 hours to get me up and running, and was successful. Thank You to the Manager at that store.
