I have been shopping around for almost a year to find the right couches for my living space! I’ve gone to all the big-named stores, but their couches were either the wrong color or too big for my space. I went to Beverly Furniture on a whim and actually didn’t expect them to show me EXACTLY what I was looking for. Plus, they said they would take my old furniture to be dumped, so that was a load off my mind, and their pricing was reasonable. I was sold! However, after buying two couches, they called and told me there were not two couches available in this model because it had been discontinued. I was heartbroken. They tried to sell me another similar option, but I had already fell in love with the ones I purchased…. I am fortunate that THEY DID NOT STOP working for me. I give Beverly Furniture a Five out of Five rating! I have been looking for over a year for what I would be happy with. Initially I went to a well known Furniture store and the delivery guy was so rude and refused to bring the furniture to the 4th floor. Only 3 flights. I received my money back and vowed to never do business with them again. They lost a long time customer! Not only is the furniture more beautiful the service is excellent!
