I must share my outstanding experience with La Chic Boutique and the owner, Sam.

We searched all over the suburbs and Chicago for my daughter’s prom dress. We visited bridal shops, designer stores, and various boutiques—but it was at La Chic Boutique that we not only found the perfect dress, but also the beautiful enhancements that truly made it stand out.

Yes, many other places had lovely dresses, but only La Chic Boutique offered the unique enhancements and appliqués that elevated the dress to another level.

Honestly, Sam is incredibly talented—he can transform a stunning gown into something fit for royalty.

I haven’t found any other boutique or store that offers or even specializes in such enhancements and appliqués. Words can’t describe how absolutely breathtaking they make the dress look.

Went in the try a dress and the sales reps were great 😊… they worked hard finding me dresses to try on with me being plus size… BUT THE MANGER SUCKED… BRUSHED ME OFF WAS ACTUALLY MAD THE REPS WANTED TK DOUBLE CHECK TO SEE IF A DRESS I WANTED COULD BE ALTERED/ TAKEN OUT A BIT …. EVEN IF THE PEOPLE COULD NOT DO IT THERE I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE… HE PROCEEDED TO MAKE ME TRY ON THE DRESS AGAIN IN FRONT OF OTHER GUEST KNOWING IT WONT CLOSE AND STATED LOUDLY TO THE POINT ALL EYE WHERE ON ME “THERES NO WAYYYY, ITS IMPOSSIBLE” rudely and insulting to the point where i felt so embarrassed i took the dress of where i stood and told him have a bless day thanked my reps for the help and as i left i can hear them tell him “it’s a certain way you speak to people and a way your put things she could have told the dress somewhere else” i turned around and thanked her again and left. NEVER AGAIN & will be sharing this on my social...

My niece had to have an outfit for an event. She went in found something she truly liked. It was a jacket and 1-piece jumpsuit. The total for a jumpsuit and 1/2 off jacket was $450. The jumpsuit needed to be hemmed. The price to hem a plain pair of pants (jumpsuit) was $50, which is excessively high. However, in light of the limited time, the event was the same evening, we had to get them done. We went to the event. Within 2 hrs of being there the pants split up the seam in the back. I went to the shop to voice my displeasure. I was not looking for a refund. I was looking for an exchange, credit or at min. repairing of the garment. I was told because I had the outfit altered (hemmed), there was nothing they could do. I did not have the outfit altered at the seam. It was hemmed. There is no standing by their garments. Run do not walk the opposite direction...
