I ordered an House skillet, with jalapeƱos⦠they actual put pickles peppers in my skillet, it should have been fresh peppers. This isnāt for a burger or nachos, it just didnāt make sense to me. When I took the order back, he told me that I have to request fresh jalapeƱosš¤Æ. They should specify, that there is a choice, fresh or pickled, I just thought it would be common sense for any cook. They replaced the order, but I have yet to eat it. Had to leave a review, I may or may not come back to leave a taste review. Okay⦠so, Iām back, it was a must that I do, come back. So you know, the restaurant did make the food over, but when I hung up the phone after calling, so when I arrived to return the food, and pick up the food with fresh jalapeƱos⦠IT WAS SITTING THERE WAITING, NO FRESHLY MADE PANCAKES, Neither! So, I refused the food, I wanted freshly made food with the pancakes. He nicely agreed to do the order the way I asked. When I returned to my car, after starting this review, I checked my food, just to see how fresh it was the heat on the freshly made pancakes was totally different from the heat on the skillet, the cheese was melted around the container. This skillet wasnāt fresh, this skillet was the skillet that they had sitting waiting for me, and decided to throw in the oven/heater. So at this point I decide, I want a refund, proceed back inside⦠ask for a refund and he refuses. After trying to trick me into some heated up food. I spent over 40 dollars, two skillets with tax and apples with whipped cream for pancakes. He refunded me $15 for one meal, then tried to curse me out while the same time trying to put me out. He (the manager) also told me it was my fault they made the skillet with pickled peppers verses fresh. I cook, I know the difference between meals that goes with pickled peppers verses fresh peppers and itās truly sad that no one in this restaurant, knows food. I proceeded out of the door once he put the $15 on the courter, because I just wanted the situation to be over, but I wasnāt leaving without something. He told me to get out, and donāt come back, which was amazingly funny⦠I never would come back, and they would never have to worry about me doing so. Iām going to make sure any and everyone I know, never spend money there. My friend said that his meal was just, āokayā⦠just, okay food, bad customer service, with a lack of knowledge in food, š°...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreA family go-to restaurant for years. Each visit equals $60-$200, depending if we have family coming in from out of town. One weekend my family of 4 went to our usual. My children were being picky with their steak platter or so I thought.. as they finished 2/3rd of their meal, I happened to take a small cubed pice if steak, it was chewy. I take another piece and open it with my fingers, revealing a bloody mess inside of it. It was not cooked throughout!! I felt bad for making my children eating someone's utter negligence!! I inform the waiter, this waiter talked over me, ignored me and spoke to my husband!! She said why did we say something almost at the end of the meal as if we wanted to not pay for our meals!! As if we could not afford to eat out!! .. they take the platter back and said they'd take $8 off. Whatever at this point we need to leave so I could go to work . I decided to order a burger out and told them to make sure it's cooked throughout... 20 minutes later and still no burger. I decide to pay. At the register I told the cashier I did not want the burger anymore, to take it off. The manager OSCAR,( hope u read this OSCAR) gave me a snappy comment to me that they weren't mcdonalds!! I vowed to never come back and if my children would have gotten sick then they would have had a big problem on their hands ...Yes, OSCAR WAS BEYOND RUDE!! WITH THAT SNAPPY COMMENT and that Becky of a waitress was just a mess. @ Manager OSCAR hope you read this and wish you severe explosive diarrhea for a month!! And tell your Becky waitress that even thought we looked a little raggedy my partner's income and I are in the 6 figures so kiss my @$$ if you thought we were trying to cheat the place!!
Food is average. Quality has declined over the years. People just go because of the dine in option. Try Les Brothers they are wayyyyy...
