DRESS TO IMPRESS — Local services in Lake Township

The owner was very rude, I brought a shoe for my son prom, they didn’t have his size or color so the owner said he can order it. He called me 2 days later saying he couldn’t get the size, but I have the color in a smaller size. I returned to the store the owner acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about, rudely told us to go look for another shoe. I was done at this point, I just asked for a refund. While trying to give me a refund the owner CHARGED me again for a shoe I didn’t have. Now I’m VERY UPSET and about to slap the hell on of him. I ask the owner are you serious!! All my money better be on my credit card in 3 business days or that’s your ass. I will never go back...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY! I loved my experience at Dress To Impress and found the store incredibly simple to navigate. The employees were incredibly helpful and made it easy to find what I needed. After dropping a few hundreds on some new clothes for Christmas (The selection is truly incredible by the way), I came back several days later to tailor my suits. The seamstress came out and got specific measurements for me and had the clothes ready right when I needed them. They were tailored perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for better. The manager is also very nice and treats customers great! I had no problem what so ever shopping here and cannot wait for my next visit...

They'll tell you anything just to get your money I went in there and purchase a suit the suit supposed to been ready in 2 days came back suit still didn't have a button thread hanging off the suit they never ever put the button on and the suit was paid for it cuz they do not alter your clothes until you pay for them so when you pay form you must take your suit out or go put your clothes on in the dressing room and make sure you look at the thread on the clothing because for $750 and the suit was not ready I tell you I ready to scream but I only can give them one star and I will not recommend...
