Found what I initially thought was a nail but it must be some type of wood in my bowl. After thinking about the entire experience and how I do not plan to go back, I figured I’d share why. First, nothing but food should be in my bowl yet it was not. Second, water from the fountain should be water not pop. I pressed both buttons to get water and THANK GOD I tried it before giving it to my dog. Smh, literally that could have been a deadly situation so not cool AT ALL. Then the line was so long and the employees were doing their very best however, there is clearly disorganization and I saw no manager which was again not okay. If you see there is a lot of customers, customers want to see management helping out and overseeing things. Lastly, I could hear the cook (chopping the food) while talking to the young lady say verbatim, “I cut my finger.” Even if it happened right then and there or hours ago, as a customer I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THAT! I was so caught off guard and things were moving slow that I got my order wrong being rushed and because there were like twenty people behind me, I didn’t say anything because that would have made the crowd mad.
All of that to say, first, I’m not ever coming back and second, y’all have to do better. Better meaning…… 1. Organization 2. Cleanliness 3. Hygiene (Change gloves after every bowl because some of us have allergies and honestly, we shouldn’t have to ask you to do it because it should be done) and lastly, please MAKE THE WATER WATER before someone sues you for killing their dog because it was pop “by accident.” Thank you!

Read moreWhelp, I will never go to this place again. Any ONE thing is okaaaay, but everything combined makes this a no go. First and last visit, I experienced: a 25 minute wait for steak (it was dinner time) No clean tables in the dining room that was only 25% full the staging area was messy and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in hours. There were meat pieces in the queso, lettuce in the quac. Lots of contaminated ingredients... -Hate to say this but the young lady taking my order had a horrible attitude. Not sure if she had an annoying encounter just before me or what kind of day she was having, but I was my usual polite self and placing my order seemed to inconvenience her. I asked for double steak. In the delivery app, this is a $6 upcharge. I was NOT trying to get anything for free or anything foolish but I do expect that I get what I ask for ESPECIALLY when there is an upcharge that increased 100% due to the economy. Now, IM ALWAYS respectful to wait staff and service professionals because I've worked in all of those jobs, so none of my encounter was because I was the jerk customer. She put the first scoop on and then barely a half scoop on. I KNOW this is not the double serving. So I politely asked for a little more. She sighed at me and literally grabbed 3 more pieces. Literally. I was so annoyed with her demeanor and the fact I was already there going on 30 mins that I let it go, but I will not spend my hard-earned dollars there again. Read moreNot only was this the worst chipotle I’ve ever gone to, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my whole entire life. Not only where they so stingy with their portions, when I called them out on it they try to tell me that that’s what the normal portion sizes were. The line was so dirty. They were shuffling our containers on top of smashed cheese and sour cream. And I asked her to clean up the line before they handled our containers on top of the dirty counter and she refused and then just used her hands to wipe off the sour cream from the lid. I again asked them to clean the line before they handled my husband‘s container. As the worker in front of me was waiting for my husband‘s container they also refused to clean up the line and just stood there. This was important because they had already cleaned up and closed the seating area. If I was gonna have to eat in my car I didn’t want me and my families clothes to get dirty. Their demeanor is so rude. It’s like having customers just makes them angry. It’s one thing to have a bad apple but when three people are so inept in their positions it speaks to poor leadership. The work culture must clearly be toxic if that kind of behavior is allowed. This place needs corporate to step up...
