Burlington — Local services in Worth Township

So I arrived at this location at 9:08pm and I asked LP what time they closed and she stated 9:30.. Now mind you , I completely understand it was close to closing, but knew what I needed and was going to get in and out, only time I could make it with a crazy work schedule… I stated I was getting one thing for my return… 5min into my shopping I hear shouting that I need to get my items and go to the front. As I look over I see there was already a line. I stated that I thought I had till 9:30. The woman who I thought could be the manager, stated “No you need to make you way to the front.. NOW!!” I come to find out that this employee not manager name was Lynn, she continued to Harass me and point me out to security and said I was just wandering around as if I don’t care they have to go home. Then after that I went straight to the line, and the cashier apologizes for the sever dis treatment his other coworkers have displayed. As I was walking out (9:15 mind you) another woman was walking in and allowed to shop freely. I made a comment about how she was able to, being that I was just harassed myself. I understand these times we are living in, most stores are short staffed, but if you continue to harass loyal customers, and degrade also what felt like minor racism… because I was the only picked out… you won’t have a store left to work in. I just want what’s fair is fair, I and feel like I’m one of the few who still support big...

The customer service is great! Everyone is nice and friendly. The employees are working and doing their job! The store is clean! The floors were so shiny!!

The only bad thing about this store is that everyone brought everything. The stock is low!! Because of Covid, It’s taken awhile to fill up the store with new inventory!! There are still good finds, but you have to search for them.

I would recommend this location to everyone!!

Edit: January 24- My husband and I recently shop here again and they had new inventory. My husband was able to buy new work shoes and a couple pair of shirts. He also loves coming here before and after work to check on the sales. Their customer service is still amazing. Their hours are really convenient for the early and evening...

Had a return with my receipt as the young lady tried to scan the bar code it didn't work I explained when I bought the coat the other lady put in the numbers so she asked for help a guy comes over look at my receipt and say this not the receipt and throws it down now im asking so what it's two jackets I bought that day it's not my fault your cashier put in her numbers but I need a refund or better how about I look for a bigger size but they only had a smaller size so I as long as the line was I waited in line again for him to look at me and walk away my thing is on my receipt it has the cashier name why wasn't her name taken down and explained to her customers can't return items if it's not on the receipt right I won't be back or shop at...
