I do NOT recommend any one to purchase or order a dress from this place . Very unprofessional .My daughter wanted an Exclusive dress. The day i when to pick it up they didn’t Iron it and top of that they forgot to put the bow that belong in back of her dress . My daughter Miss her photo shoot because of this and the way they gave me her dress was so ghetto in cheap plastic see through bag and plastics hangers because of the weight of the dress hangers broke , it was not a good experience. I talk to one of the lady’s not sure if it was elvira or luisa but they try to fix the problem and was polite . But even with that they had plenty of time to have my daughter dress to be ReADY !!!! I gave them 3 1/2 months . The fact that i miss my daughter photo shoot because of there fault still gets me mad. 1,300 dress so they could be unprofessional. And top of that the day of the event the bow that they put with cheap safety Pins kept coming off !!!! To the point that the safety pins bended and couldn’t hold the Bow. And for every details they wanted to charge also the crinolina was also another charge . They gave it to me because of the B.s they made...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO THERE!!! We rented tuxedos and purchased dresses for my nieces quinceñera they ordered the dress a 3X for these 14 and 15-year-old that go measured.all of the tuxedos were way too big and too short wven tho they took MEASUREMENTS!!!! we had to make multiple trips for them to fix these the girls dresses for them to end up cutting way too much off of one of them! They were super rude they denied messing up anything and they were still trying to charge us for my seven year old nephews tuxedo that they ordered and I mens small and expected him to wear it like that They were still trying to charge us a restocking fee and Not give my brother back his deposit.it was a mess they were a mess and super unprofessional for his experience we have ever had.AND THE OWNER STOOD THERE...

**DO NOT, DO NOT Go to this place, the dresses are overpriced, and very cheap quality, you might as well go to David’s Bridal and probably get better service and better quality. The customer service was horrible and unprofessional!! My niece got a dama dress so badly made! Why go for measurements, if they still can’t get it right!
