Long before the pandemic, I have purchased everything from outfits to shoes through out the years. Since this was my daughters prom event we thought we found a great shoe. Even though the young lady called the owner who then attached 10 more dollars on to the price. I still purchased the shoe. Got home to try on the shoes with the dress the shoe strap breaks. Then I looked at the bottom of the shoes it was worn. And that strap tore due to it being worn. We never checked the shoe prior to leaving the store because again, I have always been pleased with past purchases.Tried to reach the number getting some unavailable or disconnected announcement. Came to the store two days in a row and you are closed when you should be open. Then no refund only store credit. And your not open to return it within 7 days....

I enjoyed Chris he hooked me up for my birthday party and for my friends all white party I will continue to keep going here I love the environment it’s very warm and I like how they talk to you the service is amazing I definitely recommend this boutique over any other that I have visited...
