I drove over 30 minutes to visit, specifically for Ice Cream For Bears—a new, super clean ice cream made with raw ingredients—and it was absolutely worth the trip. I got the last one 🙏 They obviously are stocking more! The store is immaculate, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of health-conscious items, making it a one-stop shop for all your healthy living needs.

What truly sets Southtown Health Foods apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making every customer feel valued. A stocker not only assisted me with finding items but also took the time to introduce himself and learn my name. When I left, he wished me a great day by name, which made me feel genuinely special and seen—something that’s rare in most shopping experiences.

Decided to shop local instead of using Amazon for my vitamins and had a good shopping experience.

I decided to order an all green juice, paid the cashier and waited patiently after the lady informed me that she has serval orders ahead of mine. After about 5 minutes or so she asked if I wanted to sit down and pointed to where the chairs were. I sat down and waited patiently, I started noticing that others/ regulars were getting their drinks and she even waved to someone that her drink was ready, 30 minutes passed by and I could not wait any longer so I asked for a refund nicely. The cashier asked her about the drink for me and she said It’s been ready, I said responded with miss you didn’t say anything and her response was ( I’m not gonna worry about it!) I took my refund and exited the store feeling not valued as a customer. If she would have said sorry I would have felt better.

I really love it here, I used to come here all the time. It’s like my own personal wonderland. Lol Only thing about this place is that they close so early. 🤦🏾‍♀️ They open at 9-10am and close at 5-5:30 or something like that. I usually have to be at work around 8:30 and don’t get off work until 5, so I don’t have time to go during the week. -My weekends are really busy. I wish they closed a little later like 6:30-7.
