Let’s edit this review! So the sectional that I wanted was priced at 2k or a bit over it! Boom since I didn’t want to pay that much o settled for something that was not so the color choice I had in mind. Fast forward the same Ashley sectional that they had listed for 2k I seen at another store for 1,500. So I get that sectional at that said store.
I call to cancel and all of sudden he was willing to give me that same Ashley sectional that they had for 2k for 1,500. I decline I just don’t want it from you. After I declined him over and over again he proceeds to text me images of a sectional trying to get me to change my mind; Than junior I believe caught a fit.
I then reach out to the lease company to cancel they start the process and they tell me if I don’t have the items in possession I could cancel the lease.
Lease company calls me today; These people lied to the lease company and said they delivered my items today 10/16/2023 so they could attempt to get funding. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Which I cancelled the sectional Sunday and the table today. But these Rogesh ppl lied to attempt to get funding today.
They’re high priced for certain things your better off going to another store or shopping around.
*Any business that’s hard up for cash and can’t accept the simple fact that you don’t want it or you found something better and allow you to go your way peacefully; I advise just run. Cause all the big businesses ikea, Ashley ect would of cancelled and let it be they for damn sure wouldn’t lied and said they delivered furniture and didn’t *
11/20/23 Update! After this Business forged my signature and lied and said I received furniture that they never did deliver. And lied saying I received it on a 3way call with the leasing company after they asked again; then rushed off the phone when questions were being asked that the couldn’t answer, but if the furniture was delivered they would have known, the answer!
I’m happy to say the finance company has sided with me after I submitted my police report (I’m definitely pressing charges) signature verification and. If gallery furniture attempted to do this to me there’s no telling who else they did this to. I went there last week and bought a couch set from them that was supposed to be $999 including delivery so I picked one and the delivery was after 2 days so on the delivery day the 2 delivery guys who was supposed to deliver the couch couldn't get the sofa to my third floor apartment, we called the store manager and they told me that they have a breakdown specialist who can get it in without damaging it and they will charge me $150 extra for that service so I have no choice but to say ok than the next day the specialist arrived and instead of breakdown the couch they decided they will get in through the balcony door and after they got done we checked the couch and it was damaged for more than one spot so we got into an argument over that and I called the store manager and he wasn't helpful at all he tried to tell that is my problem not their problem !!!! So I tried to let the delivery people take it back to the store and they refused to do it and called the police for me saying that I'm holding them at my home instead of resolving my issue, after all I got stuck with the damaged couch also paid the $150 extra. !!!!!!!!PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE...
