So my experience was rather pleasant upon my arrival you have to call the guard to gain entrance into the property guard picked up on the first ring. A female answered the phone seemingly customer service oriented she answered with a pleasant tone receptive to my inquiries and providing directives. Once I verified schedule time and company I had to park on the left side of the fence to report to receiving shipping office which is in between doors six and seven the people in the office were nonchalance however once the gentleman approached the window he was pretty Thorough in providing instructions on dropping my trailer and hook . No one should have to count pallets, if there is an issue with a customer reporting missing items then verify within the facility about who loaded the trailer. I always put a seal on my load, something this facility refuses to give. If they want to verify the count of the pallets, have an employee who works for you count the pallets. The risk of injury is increased when you have someone on the dock, who isn’t supposed to be. The driver checkin is unprofessional, is always on a power trip, and has a bad attitude...
