I came 2/13/25 and 3 employees was literally within 2-3 ft from me standing in the same area right in front of me and I said Hello I need some help twice and no one responded and one look but didn’t speak other girl with glasses just fixed the underwear table like she didn’t hear me either the other lady looked at me then walked off to the corner on the other side of the wall then I literally had to walk up on one of them to help me as she was walking away towards the register like am I invisible
I came to make a big purchase but I changed my mind after that happened it was very unprofessional but I smelled a few things but decided not to buy what I came for which would’ve been over $250 so I’ll be going to another location to make my purchase and not get treated like I’m invisible and don’t feel welcomed and I’m almost certain one of them was a manager or someone in charge
ON TOP OF THAT I called later that day a little before closing time and I asked to speak to a manager and supervisor and got an attitude about that was asked what it’s regarding and I didn’t want to tell her I wanted to speak to who was in charge and she was saying they was about to close so I said I’ll call back tomorrow but decided not too I’ll just report them instead and will never return no one have customer service skills these days unfriendly and...
Read moreI went in looking for some items in particular for a gift and Unfortunately I must say that customer service was not that great. I was helped with a bad attitude and upset tone of voice like if they expect you to know where everything is, I understand that when its busy they may be tired by the end of their shift but, at the time that I went they had only been open for 3 hours. So with that said if you don't like dealing with people or helping them out with answering the simple "where can I find this item I came across it in an place where it doenst belong I like it and I'm interested in purchasing one in the size i need", then don't work...

I have had two extremely positive experiences here; one time I had a coupon for an item that was not in stock and the employees were happy to show me different selections that they would accept the coupons for. Similarly, I had to return an unopened perfume without the receipt and the cashier was super understanding and allowed me to exchange without hassle....
