Please don’t go to this store, Tito was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and a liar and to top it off the products are flimsy. I am highly disappointed, details below.

My family and I went to this furniture store on 9/29/24. We went with the intention of finding a bedroom set. Tito was our sales man and he gave my mom a promotion of a 3-pc bed set for $640.00 plus taxes, to convince her to make the purchase. We noticed the bed frame was flimsy and asked if they had other options that included more support (the bed frame has 3 pieces of wood similar to the dimension of a school wood ruler) Tito suggested we bought a universal metal bed frame to install inside the wood bed frame for reinforcement. It didn’t quite make sense how this would work but Tito was very persuasive. We ended up paying $925 for the $640 bed set. Fast forward to when the bed set was delivered home. There was no way the wood frame was sturdy enough to hold two adults. My dad installed the metal bed frame only to find out it wasn’t any support the only time it would support was if the wood frame broke and the mattress and box spring fell into the metal frame. My parents decided they needed to return the metal frame because it had absolutely no functional use to support the wood bed frame. When they reviewed the receipt to make a return, they notice Tito had lied and charged us $700 (originally promised $640) for the bed set, plus $50 for the metal bed frame, plus $100 for delivery and taxes on all of the above. My parents returned to the store on 10/6 to asked Tito the reason behind him charging us an extra $60 for the bed set when he had originally given us the $640 price. Tito told my mother he didn’t make business with her and to contact her daughter because she is the one that paid. My mother reminded him that he had spoken to her directly when he offered the price and he denied it when clearly my whole family had witnessed it. My parents decided to let it go because it wasn’t worth getting disrespected by Tito. My parents proceeded to returning the metal bed frame and to their surprise they didn’t allow any returns. They were only able to do a store credit. After the way my parents were treated there was no way we were shopping there again. My parents were given a $50 store credit and purchased a box spring for $100, yes this one is also cheaply made. I will not be returning...

I remember during the time that I was apartment searching that I had passed Furniture Stars one day as I went into the beauty supply. Instantly I was greeted with friendly customer service from Tito. The furniture that they had in here was lovely and modern. They had styles for every taste. They weren’t pushy, very patient and not rushing me to buy. I told Tito I would definitely be back once I’ve officially moved to shop with them. About 7 months after, I’ve came back to shop with Furniture Stars. I spoke with Omar and again the customer service was top tier! I can’t exaggerate. I’ve been to a few furniture outlets prior and I had to return to this one. Omar was extremely patient with me. I came three different times and on my third visit I spent about well over 3 hours. He allowed me to sit and try out many different couches, mattresses etc. I was indecisive between two couches and I took about an hour just switching between both couches to get a feel. I even had him pull out one of the couches because it turns into a futon about 4 times and he was willing every time. Omar had no attitude, he didn’t make me uncomfortable and he gave me his honest opinion on what he feels would go best with my apartment, needs and the sizing of my apartment. He was very detailed in noting every measurement of my rooms and made sure to sit me through and gave me a visual of what the furniture and their measurements would be like within my unit. He wasn’t pushy and overall made sure that what I purchased was what I was 100% happy and content with. I had to type a detailed review because they are awesome! 10000/10. I can not make this up. Their pricing has been the best versus all the other places I’ve been too and their quality is 10 times better than online stores that don’t have a storefront in my opinion. I left with a full house set with a price I could not beat. I pray they stay in business for years and years to come. If you’re looking for a sign, this it is! I’m very picky yet I’d recommend them to anyone looking for high quality furniture at a reasonable price. They don’t look at you as only a customer, but a friend. Where do I start !? Furniture star city customer service was outstanding the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had patience with me because I kept changing my mind on the items I wanted. They were very helpful thru the whole process. The quality of the couches I purchased are more than I expected it has meet my expectations. The material is so soft to feel but firm to sit. It’s like the best quality possible ever created! I also purchased a bed for my daughter who is in love with the color pink, she will not sleep in her bed she was in my bed every night and after this purchase she sleeps in her bed every night! I wish I knew about this castle/princess bed a lot sooner. Now I can actually stretch in my own bed and my toddler loves her bed that she sleeps on EVERY Night! The store has a variety of selection of all kinds of furniture, the price and the value is above my expectation. They gave me some great deals based on all my purchases. They install everything I purchased, I mean the service I receive the moment I walked in this store was impecable. The store is very clean and it’s bright in there so that you can get a better visual of what you are purchasing. The manager Al had a great sense of humor and recommended me the best quality furniture by making my money worth it, these couches I want to keep for life. Did I mention you can also get warranty on everything you purchase and there is no credit checks or money down! They will finance and work a great deal with you!
