Unfortunately, I waited 30 minutes for a dressing room- but the shop was cute and the first person helping me was really nice. I had about 4 items to try on, and was in there less than 5 minutes when (Sofia, I think her name was- she seemed like the owner or manager- I’m not sure) told me that I needed to make a decision because they had people waiting. I told her I had just gotten in there, and they asked if I was a different girl. I said no, so they said I needed to hurry up. In the time I was in there- I had barely enough time to untangle the straps to the first dress to try on and get the second one on. I have multiple medical devices that I have to work around and avoid pulling out, and have also had several orthopedic surgeries so trying to zip up and tie things takes time. Making an edit to my once positive review. I went to make a return and was not informed upon purchasing (I’ve gone here several times, even purchased online) that all returns are store credit. I questioned this when I arrived, like any normal human. And the woman at the front was extremely rude out the jump. No apology. I get that you are a small business but be more clear about your policy when customers purchase items. Now I’m stuck with a gift card for over $100 that I was counting on actually getting money back. I’m so glad I happened upon this store! I was looking for a pair of earrings for a wedding and stopped in at least 10 stores along Southport - Anthropologie, Madewell, Free People, Gap, Abercrombie to name a few. Some of the stores didn’t even have a jewelry stand, and the ones that did had limited selections. Katie at Pink Moon helped me out immediately when I came in, and found me too many good options, TOO MANY!
