The owner is EXTREMELY rude! She is confrontational on her social media with her messages. I booked an appointment with Kim in the heart of winter and it had snowed, when I canceled my appointment due to the weather she Merreim started texting me rudely. When I went to rebook with her salon she became combative again about my first cancellation after I had explained the weather situation to her. I questioned a 3rd time about a student and she told me the appointment would take 5 hours. I didn’t have time for a 5 hour appointment so I never responded after. She just messaged me on Instagram again with her unprofessionalism. I truly wish I could screenshot and show how she behaves online. Very rude ownership. I would not recommend this place at all for the simple fact that the owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!

I had to then additionally add pictures of her harassing me until 12:30 at night! She continued to text me after me asking her to stop multiple times. The owner tried to blame me for her health issues and sent me photographs of her in the hospital. All of this because I couldn’t do a 5 hour lash...

Let me start out by saying this is the first time I have ever taken the time to review a business/ With that said, I am in my late 30's. I wanted to change up my look but didn't want to spend alot of money. I found “BEST MAKEUP LASHES” online The owner reccomend I give KIM a try since she’s new to the company for lash extensions, I couldn't be more pleased. Kim listened to everything I wanted and she did it! It’s my 2nd coming to her and wow.. I get compliments all the time.

The salon is clean and inviting, the staff is courteous and I got an appt on the day and at the time I needed. The owner makes you feel so comfortable she was warm and accommodating (pretty cool since she owns the joint). She always provides snacks and is always helpful and kind. The results nothing short of AMAZING. Her lash extensions are TOP NOTCH , at a working class price ......

The atmosphere in the salon is absolutely magical – cozy, relaxing, and with great attention to every client. The technician was very attentive, precise, and professional. My lashes turned out absolutely perfect – lightweight, natural-looking, and flawlessly even. I was especially impressed that the technician took all my preferences into account and provided great tips on how to care for my lashes to keep them looking amazing for as long as possible.
