I want to give a big shoutout to CTA employee #72755 at the Damen Brown Line station. I didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly helpful and had such a positive attitude. He went out of his way to assist me and made my experience at the station smooth and pleasant. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job and shows it through kindness and professionalism....

See the same staff every morning, super friendly, very helpful the one time my ventra card was being wonky. Always pretty clean as far as L stations go, do a good job of salting and shoveling...
