I placed a delivery order with Pita Express as a last-minute solution for a Mediterranean-inspired craving I experienced on a Friday night. I'll admit that I was hesitant to try a new restaurant when I knew I had relatively high standards for this type of cuisine.

I am very glad that I took a chance on Pita Express, as they exceeded my expectations.

My order arrived in a manner which demonstrated their thoughtful attention to detail - which is nice to see in a delivered meal. All items were carefully packaged to ensure that they safely arrived at their destination, without spillage and without losing any flavor.

Each item that I enjoyed, from Kofta Kabobs to Jerusalem Salad, were exceptionally fresh and prepared with the same care that I initially saw in their presentation.

To the point where I called the restaurant after my meal, to express my gratitude and extend my compliments. I spoke with Moe, whose authentic warmness and happiness - again, on a busy Friday night - has inspired me to add Pita Express to my list of restaurants where I plan to dine in-person.

i had a really irritating experience.

I called in a beef shwarma wrap. and the guy exclaimed "ok i got it," after I asked him "how long," - not only was he not listening, but I had to ask again, how long ? 15 minutes.

I get there 20 minutes later, and he is yelling at some customer about solicitation. OK.

I ask for my order, and notice they have not made it yet. OK. I wait for the sandwhich.

During this time, an employee is adjusting his hat, adjusting his pants, and touching my sandwich.

Tried my best not to be a snowflake. Im working, i overlooked it, which was a mistake.

I then get home to discover, that my wrap is made as a combination wrap? I didnt order chicken.

Its frustrating to have a less than sanitary experience, with the wrong food, after someone blatantly doesnt listen on the phone.

Im not ordering here anymore.
