I have the subway app, and they are doing promotional offers, for BOGO50 or FL1299 which is 2 foot longs for $12.99. I paid, and ordered 2 subs. I drive up and walk in, for take out, and I was immediately asked the name for the order. I provided it and they asked if it was for me or for Delivery service. I said my order. Then the Indian man and Hispanic woman inside began telling me to NOT order a free sandwich. “We let you have it now but next time don’t order a free sandwich” to which I replied it wasn’t free, it was a promotional offer, 2 footlongs dor $12.99. Throwback to the $5 specials, I still paid more regardless. That’s besides the point, after telling them I used a promotional offer on the app and paid the required amount, they just said “oh ok” and as I’m walking out of the door, the Indian man proceeds to shout at me again, “each sub was $12.99 and you paid $14.10 for two…” and was cut off by the Hispanic woman telling him to “let it go”. Needless to say, horrible experience. I almost wanted to throw the food away because who knows if they spit or sabotaged the food, since they were clearly displeased that I used the mobile app and got a deal. I think corporate needs to re-educate those two and ensure they aren’t harassing paying customers.
They even shouted at me a second time to grab my drink, when I didn’t even order a drink.
I gave it a 2 star because I still got my food, but experienced employee rage for only using the corporate provided app and promo. Terrible service. Hope the food doesn’t cause any issues for me later on as I...

However, I did not realize that it was free cookie Tuesday and Mukesh did not offer me one, so I took my steak and cheese footlong order without a cookie. I saw that he was offering free cookies to the next customers in line, so after I finished my sandwich, I went back in line and asked if I could have a free cookie as I had not gotten one earlier. He insisted that he gave me one, I told him that he didn’t, and eventually he gave me one and said that he would check the cameras. I then asked him for a cup of water (which is free) and he told me to go get a bottle of water from the fridge (paid). I told him I wanted the free cup of water, and he sighed and gave me one. Door was locked. No big deal most places have a doorbell to be let in during late night hours. Noticed the a female was working on the counter. Not sure if she was preparing a sub for herself or an online order. Rang the doorbell on the side of the door. She looked in my direction, I asked if she was open, she knotted her head right to left indication no. Went a few doors down to Dave's Hot Chicken. Yum, choice was 1000% better. Subway not so 24 hours open. At least Turn off your sign so other are not deceived and pull into the parking lot expecting that you are open when you are actually not open...
