For every customer who purchased the Black Friday deal and was expecting to use it through the year. Be prepared to be disappointed. The deal expired November 1st. Why am I writing this? No one enjoys feeling duped. When I questioned why this wasn't explained to me last week. I was told to read the fine print. Well, I can't read the fine print. Because they are digital certificates that you keep. I have no idea what the the fine print states. I wasn't the only customer in the store at the time who was told this. But I do know I was the only one who wasn't offered a one time credit to soften the blow. The gentleman before me was offered a one time $10 credit. I wasn't and I think that stinks. I bought the almond extract and pistachio extract and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The products are potent, not bitter or funny tasting and I've used them in baked good as well as smoothies and in my coffee and have performed excellent in all mediums. The pistachio is delicate in flavor and I use a little almond to boost its power. My only complaint is that I should've bought their biggest bottle of pistachio cause I couldn't get enough of it! We were under modified quarantine when I bought this. I ordered online and drove by to pick it up. They had it ready for me with my name on the bag and while I didn't have the pleasure of meeting anyone, they did wave to me through the window....

The staff actively avoided eye contact with me the whole time I was searching for berbere, kept talking to the older customers.. I stopped to take a picture so my girlfriend at home could confirm I was picking up the correct blend and the staff got really passive-aggressive with me. Feel like you need to look and act very "Lincoln Square" (ie a neurotic solipsist with money to blow) to be taken seriously.. like why else would I have come into a store that sells seasoning?
