No work is being done here. Southbound side has been blocked off for I don't know how long now. The northbound side elevator is always out of order one day and working the next day. They pick and choose when they want to run the escalator. It's out in the morning but mysteriously working in the afternoon or vice versa. Many of elderly people some with luggage stand there looking helpless at an out of order elevator and escalator. People with bikes kids and luggage also struggle with two necessities of the train station being out of order. This is beyond ridiculous. No one seems to be doing...

The entrance a block south, on Sunnyside (by the Target) is handicap accessible, but involves a long, meandering ramp instead of an elevator or escalator.

And it allows me to skip all the sketchiness on Broadway between Wilson and Montrose when I exit train there. Perfect. And it has been open for over a year and it's not falling apart like so many of the public works projects.
