Terrible customer service. I traveled an hour to get to this place. Just to not be greeted and ignored. Everyone in the kitchen looked at me and continued working and answering phones. One of the cooks with his filthy apron on...came out and sat in the chair next to the kitchen door and I spoke twice and he said nothing back. He didn't bother to say hello in English or Mandarin/Cantonese. I can understand/speak those languages as well!!! Also, while I was being ignored one of the cooks was cleaning off the pans IN the garage...like literally in the garbage. I'm really upset because I really wanted my small order of fried rice since I traveled so far. They clearly don't value their customers. ok so many reviews saying this is the best chinese food in the city — and i have to agree. SO GOOD. (i studied abroad in china so i know authentic chinese food). you may have walked by this place a bunch of times — it’s not well lit, there’s bars on the windows, it’s cash only. but the food is INSANE good. and everything is so cheap!!! i got the combination fried rice (MUST ORDER. Not sure what others have experienced here, but we both had the orange chicken with rice. The white rice was clumped together and warm, not hot. The chicken was ok, but some pieces were stringy and chewy and just kinda nasty. We ate some but tossed most of it. Another patron came in as we sat there eating, and freaked out and was screaming about the poor customer service. The place itself felt like eating in a prison lunch room, if anything.
