Terrible customer service. I traveled an hour to get to this place. Just to not be greeted and ignored. Everyone in the kitchen looked at me and continued working and answering phones. Another patron came in as we sat there eating, and freaked out and was screaming about the poor customer service. The place itself felt like eating in a prison lunch room, if anything. Bars on all windows, including where you place your order. Nothing about the experience would draw us...
