UPDATE: Employee's name is brandon i believe --- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I dont typically leave bad reviews but one male employee in particular, who was hard to even identify because he's wearing a face mask, super baggy dirty grunge themed pants and shirt (like he's about to go to a rave and do snow) and ear gauges - had come up to me and my dog immediately after she accidentally peed (she is a puppy) to which we had a backpack with supplies to clean up the mess and he was so aggressive approaching us not even 5 seconds after it happening and said "if your dog is going to be doing that you need to get out, NOW" - and just kept going on and on repeating this and his eyes were so big like he was about to have a mentally unhinged rage session. I calmly looked at his bulging eyes and explained the rest of the entire store crew had been so kind to us and we asked actually 1 week ago if it was okay to bring the dog in and which they said yes, and this was the third time our dog had been in the store without issue. But I also said despite that we have no problem leaving, but just prefacing that we did indeed have permission and positive sentiment from the rest of the employees so he could understand our confusion. I mean the mascot of the store is a literal dog..... I love the rest of the target crew but this unhinged individual should be fired. Like if you're wearing a face mask and can't be identified, im assuming because youre sick - you should be staying home and not putting your crew and customers at risk especially where there are groceries because apparently that's what the issue is now? Double standards it seems like. Not sure if he was a manager but he was barking (no pun intended) orders at another polite employee offering assistance to clean the pee up (after I also offered). This target's prices are also high and they consistently remove products that i would shop for cosmetic or beverage wise - which is crazy considering across the intersection is an aldi whose absolutely demolishing them in performance in 2025 with their prices and product offerings at like 25% of the square retail space? Speaking of ALDI, our puppy a few weeks back had a similar accident there and the employees actually said she can come back as often as she wants and that they would gladly clean it up instead of us. Target also uses a data company that scrapes online prices of competitor prices so they can "match" pricing and win over customers online - yet physical stores have sky high pricing and the only reason to go into the store is to buy more essential or immediate needs - for example i still gave the store my buisness immediately during this incident and bought dog shampoo because I was WITH my dog. I can so much more easily and cheaply do this online where I wont be harassed by some disgustingly presented employee. Imagine yelling at a puppy and a polite young adult who non-argumentively listened to you - fire him and send him to therapy. No hello from him, no smile (despite the face mask you know if someone is smiling by their eyes...), no kind words towards me or the puppy - just a simple "get out" filled with pure hatred - and he's quite literally being paid for customer service! Imagine that! I was in the wrong apparently so yes I left without issue. But again, we had permission - explained our confusion, had a PUPPY, buying over priced dog shampoo despite being berated prior in the middle of the store.... 2 stars only because the rest of the employees were so kind and great. One bad apple rottens the bunch. Need an example aside from this one? Just go to their produce section.

I think it is disgusting and funny to actually catch a Target loss prevention employee in 4K clocking and stalking black customers causally shopping. Is this not RACIAL PROFILING?! Only saw them looking at blk ppl for about 5 mins. They didn't even realize I was watching them. Smdh, disgusting. DO BETTER TARGET! This could be an additional law suit especially with the AI facial data and fingerprints they've been collecting on IL customers illegally...

Seems like a nice store on the inside. Underground parking garage could use an upgrade to make it seem brighter and safer. And the overflowing trash bins at the store entrance are shocking for a company like this. The trash issue has been noted at other Target stores (notably Hillside). What is so difficult for management to assign someone to monitor the trash cans in the same manner they have restrooms monitored and cleaned!

Hi there🎯Wilson Yard store! I have lived in Uptown since 2013 & I am what I call a "frequent flyer"🤣living nearby as many team members know.👍This store has the absolute best🎯staff/team members, PARTICULARLY ON 2nd pm SHIFT IN UPTOWN! I RARELY need to ask for help but when I've had to, I really & truly have gotten the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from Wilson Yard primarily 2nd shift🎯staff than I can say at ANY LOCAL UPTOWN AREA NEARBY STORES! Not only is this store also ALWAYS clean but, despite the negative reviews stating that the shelves are out, yes I've seen it all over...hello ppl who complained, can you tell me any store or Amazon that since the COVID-19 pandemic that also do not have a shortage of stock? Read the news ppl, shortage of semi truck drivers, employees & supplies from suppliers including climate change from every other country throughout the world eg: drought & rain affecting farmers, coffee💲now OJ💲⬆️ETC. so go figure! YES it also hugely affects my life & shopping choices. So HELLO ppl, NO ONE IN REVIEWS POSTED THIS BUT, GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASK FOR A "COMMENT CARD" which I have done quite a few compliments directly handing them to the team staff members who are "great" employees having helped me who work there. Only cuz I've asked them what they do with the cards I was told that "they put it up in their back workers area". I absolutely do not work for🎯TARGET nor do I have any personal association with anyone there & no reason to put this on a Google review but repeating, I've been going to this Wilson Yard🎯 for many years with nothing but very good past & present positive experiences! If you take the time to look around, guess what I've found unbelievable deals in clearance areas & pay attention in the aisles as I myself somewhat knowing markdown ticket colors etc., just even quickly🤣walking past aisles I've found many times several items at 50% & 70% off also! 👍I deleted a recent 70% off brand new item that I found, cuz if I posted it the scavengers would search & there wouldn't be any great deals left for myself doing the footwork going there!🤣Despite being a bit💲higher on some shelf items but I know that I also am getting a better quality item from🎯TARGET than from their competition & if not Target stands behind their merchandise, besides price matching! Hey, I should be getting paid for this positive post🤣ha ha! but no I am not, I believe that good stores/shopping locations & the employees deserve the positive recognition that they have earned!!! I am very upfront & straight forward no BS💩 if I had any negative problems whether it be 🎯or any business I would directly contact corporate to complain & it's not my style to do negative reviews on line, so go figure, repeating good biz deserve good public...

My husband and I are furious. My husband had not been outside since March, but we both ventured out to Target when my husband ended his work day at 5:00 PM because we want to switch our phone service. My husband and I just joined AARP, and we qualify for a discount with Consumer Cellular. We arrived at the phone counter upstairs probably between 5:30 PM and 5:40 PM, but perhaps a little earlier. We were fourth in line, but there was only one worker. Another worker came out, but he was not wearing a Target Tech T-shirt. He was really nice, but he could not help us since we were waiting for phone service. We told him we understood. We waited at least 15-30 minutes for the Target tech worker to finish helping the first two people in line. Then, he turned to us. We told him that the other guy was ahead of us. He went to help him. Finally, we were next. However, he turned back to us and told us that though we had probably waited around 20 minutes that he would not be able to help us. He was going to leave at 6:00 PM. We were so upset! As I said, my husband had not set foot outside since March. We cannot go to Target earlier in the day because I work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and because my husband works from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We were there long before 6:00 PM. We waited in line a long time. We were polite to the Target worker who said he could not help us because he did not work for Target Tech. We were polite to the other customer who was ahead of us. Yet, we were treated rudely. On top of everything, the Target Tech worker wore his mask under his chin, not even over his face! (As proof, I can tell you that he had crooked teeth and that at least one of his teeth was black.) When he refused to help us though we had waited for a long time, I asked why he did not tell us 20 minutes earlier that he would not be able to help us, he was unapologetic. We went to customer service to complain. Customer service assured us that they would pass on the complaint to the tech company though they told us that the tech service is a contract arrangement. We followed all of the rules. We were patient. We were polite. Yet, we were treated with absolute disrespect and a complete disregard for our time, let...
