Seriously amazing!! We really could not have asked for a better experience or result with our wedding stationery! Heidi was so great to work with and is truly such an expert in everything stationery related. When we first started our wedding planning process, we couldn’t find any invitation suites that we particularly loved on various invitation sites. Then, a family friend who had also used Stationery Loft for their wedding recommended them to us. Heidi helped us design every piece of our wedding stationery and was able to customize everythinggg for us (including a special script font! :D). It was so much fun working on the different designs in the shop and getting to see all the various examples of invitations and print/paper types, along with ideas of other stationery items to choose from.

Our invitations turned out so beautiful and the amount of compliments that we received from our guests was outstanding. But, our wedding was unfortunately one of the many that had to be rescheduled (two additional times) due to the pandemic, so for the next go round of invitations, Heidi was amazing and designed a digital version of our wedding invitation that we could email to our guests.

Outside of the invitation suite, we also designed with Heidi a variety of stationery items like: hotel guest welcome bag inserts, ceremony programs, dinner menus, signage, personalized napkins and coasters, and two custom monograms (pre wedding items had our 2 initials, and then a post ceremony monogram with our 2 initials and last name)! My (now) husband and I currently live in Italy and also had our wedding here, and Heidi made it so easy to work with her even in different time zones! When I was in town and able to come to the store my mom, mother-in law, and I would come in to work on the designs. But when I was in Italy it was so easy to work together through either email or FaceTime!

All in all, I cannot recommend the Stationery Loft enough! Stationery is a huge component of a wedding, and as someone who absolutely loves details and personalization/customization, SL could not have been more perfect for bringing our dream wedding vision to life! I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this shop; my fiancé and I have been looking forward to getting our wedding invitations from here ever since we got engaged. We have looked around multiple times and finally went in to finalize everything. When we went in to see our options, the owner, who I believe is named Heidi, talked to us as if we were lesser than. We are both in our early 20’s and when we shop for our vendors unfortunately we receive the same treatment that we aren’t serious or don’t know what we are talking about and I thought our experience here would be different but sadly it was not. She talked down to us the entire time implying that we didn’t know how to send a “proper” invitation and constantly patronized us the entire time we were there. After this, I decided to come back and finalize our invites as I still wanted them regardless of the customer service; after driving 30 minutes from my house we were informed that we would need an appointment. Of course I understand needing an appointment but in the multiple times I have inquired about invitations here we have never been told that. The quality of the invitations doesn’t matter when it is delivered with horrible customer service. Would...

Heidi is absolutely the best to work with! My invitations came out wonderful and Heidi did all she could to make it possible! She will go out of her way to get things done and anything it takes to have them done right!

As for the person who posted a one star, incorrect spelling is on the client, especially if it's in Spanish. Heidi clearly states all needs to be proofread and makes you sign on it that you have actually seen the proof and accept it. And to me your experience sounds like it had to do with your rush. If you want rush shipping, its available, that is if you are not making some crazy invitation.

Aside from the invites, Heidi has a great shop with a lot of cute items, even for men. And a beautiful wedding venue on the second floor! Definitely worth your time to stop by and an absolute sweetheart and overall great person to work with! Thanks Heidi...
