Pros - The classes were great and challenging and so was the instructor for all of my classes. The people were great to work out with. The support the other students give you is priceless, it felt like we were all in the struggle together no matter the fitness level.
Cons - The class choices are pretty limited for the price, there were no afternoon classes, extra early classes (5:30 AM) or late classes after 6:15 PM. The advertising is not entirely true, you do get a caloric intake range but I would not call the information given personal coaching. I signed up for the six-week boot camp, but I did not see any personal coaching except on one class date when I was the only person that signed up, so I got a one-on-one. I never had a last weigh-in or any at the studio, so I honestly don't know the percentage of body fat lost if any, this just shows how the follow-up is. With this in mind I was never shown how to use the scale that measures body fat it was like after I signed on the line and gave my card I was on my own. No phone calls or meetings after. I did find it interesting that the advertisement promotes coaching but they send an email as soon as you start that says the opposite. For $100 a week, I don't know what I expected but it was not what I got.

I was looking for something to help me get out of that recovery funk, and I’m so glad I found Fitness Edge. I instantly fell in love with the space and the energy of the classes!
The trainers (shoutout to Darius, Hunter, and Brian!) have been amazing—always accommodating and quick to offer modified exercises if I mention something I can’t do. It’s clear they care about helping everyone feel supported. The people in the classes are incredibly friendly too, which makes showing up even easier.

Read moreSince moving back to Northeast Ohio well over a year ago, I've tried out many gyms in the area looking for the perfect fit. I found it at Fitness Edge! This is genuinely the best gym I've ever been to.
I do the group strength foundation classes at least four days a week and I love them. The progressive programming, the amazingly attentive coaches, and the facilities all make for a perfect workout. In addition to the aforementioned positives, the community here is second to none. People are welcoming and supportive-- everyone is keen to try their best and to encourage others to do the same.
