A week before my wedding, I made the impulsive (and slightly panicked) decision to get hair extensions. I was overwhelmed and honestly unsure if I’d be able to find someone I could truly trust with something this important — so close to one of the biggest days of my life.

That’s when some of my closest friends recommended this salon and connected me with Jade McIntyre — a newer stylist who had joined the team just over a year ago after running her own successful salon in Texas. From the moment I met her, I felt an unexpected sense of calm and trust. She listened with care, walked me through every detail, and handled my last-minute request with such grace, professionalism, and heart.

I went to Christine for a haircut last year then scheduled another appointment for hair color, I called them 3 days before my appointment for instructions, I was surprised when I found out that they canceled my appointment without notifying me or calling to reschedule it, I contacted Christine she said that her assistant missed up her schedule and she fired her, after that no one called me to reschedule my appointment, it was so not professional and so disrespectful, and when I contacted her again asking for an appointment, she was so rude, last month I was talking to one of my friends about my experience with them and how I felt discriminated, she said that Christine had some medical issue last year, don't take it personally, so I called them and scheduled an appointment for a haircut, I think she saw my name , and had her assistant call me and cancel my appointment saying she is not doing any hair cut or coloring anymore, which's not true, she is very talented, and doing excellent job when it comes to haircut and coloring, but more important is to treat people with dignity and respect, and not...

I wish I went elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment the day before and went in the day of. I told them the stylist I was there to see, and then they ignored me for almost thirty minutes. I was told that there was a scheduling error and I could wait or leave. I wish I had left. I have fairly short, very damaged hair that I am in the process of growing out. The stylist seemed not to understand basic hair concepts such as that I had layers that were short around my face which I wanted the split ends trimmed from, and not that I wanted my whole length to be as short as my face framing pieces. I really just asked for a trim, some layers, and I wanted to keep most of the length. I just got a bob, I did not want one.
