The boyfriend and I visited yesterday afternoon and the service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... The barista was kind & knowledgeable and got our drinks done quickly and accurately... and the coffee was amazing!!! I was so excited to find a GOOD coffee stand that I was eager to go back this morning, but I was sadly let down. This morning, the barista barely paid any attention to us as she was too busy making small talk with the man on the other side. She got my coffee size wrong, and my boyfriends coffee wrong all together when she failed to hear him say blended ... Upon letting her know that it was supposed to be blended, she tried to tell us we needed to clarify that when ordering, to which I told her we HAD, she just hadn't heard him and her response was "Oh" not even an apology for for the misunderstanding. I was so upset I refused to leave her a tip, and coming from the service industry myself, I usually...

When we first went and the few times after that our coffee was great!! The last couple of visits have been disappointing... the coffee hasn’t had much of flavors (order one of the fall favorites, some of the Halloween and the normal I get) and the coffee has been like warm..... Just stopped by this morning and got the apple pie latte the fall favorite and it has just like steamed milk had little to no flavor and the milk really wasn’t that warm..... the lady didn’t steam my milk fresh and watched her poor it from what I assume is old milk steamed. I had to go home and reheat it to drink it, but ended up tossing it since it was good.... I loved it when we first started going but now disappointed. Try to support small local businesses during this Covid pandemic but may go back...

Had a very odd experience this morning. Usually have fantastic experiences here with not only great drinks but great customer service but today was not the day. The batista we had was not only short in responses but condescending and, quite frankly, rude. I understand it's early but I work food service, sometimes at 630 in the morning but I still have to have a certain attitude. My boyfriend who was ordering was being awfully nice about her being condescending and the situation made me not want to leave a tip, which I tip all of the time and I still tipped a dollar despite not wanting to leave a penny.
