I have to take away my original 5 star review. I had gone there about a week ago. The visit was normal enjoying myself. I got up to grab a drink and some magic packs, I didnt notice till after I drank the soda, it was expired. I went over to ask for a new one, I then noticed alot more were expired also. Once again no biggie. So I opted for a water instead. I went over back over to the table. The person who helped then proceeded to run over near our table and loudly say "this is the manufacturers date". My table after that felt very awkward and weird so we left. I won't put the person's name here, but this could be alot better. I only go to stores for customer service not to be annoyed about drinks. This is incorrect.

8/12 I must add that i understand what those dates are, as I work in the industry, any truck/order can be denied for a store and given new product, but the fact that the person came over to say it loudly, I would almost say yelling is disrespectful. But after this happened they throw away all the drinks and replaced them, to prove my point further about this. Im happy to change my review if this gets resolved. Fun places to hang out and play magic and stuff. They have a lot of fun board games and fair prices and occasionally have special events where you can get free comics or win prizes.

The above post was my initial review, having been a customer here for well over two years now I feel it important to give an updated review. This store is very much profit oriented despite the constant reassurance that they want community feedback, they have been called out on multiple occasions for over pricing well over MSRP in comparison to other stores (recently seen again with the new Star Wars TCG) and the store handles issues in a reactive and unprofessional manner. With every decision a store makes there is going to be an expected level of dissatisfaction and community out cry in the form of disapproval, media replies, and satire. If that is something your store in not willing to handle with a cool and level head then you best believe your customers will see, notice, and start to wonder if this is better than your competitors. I would not recommend this store for TCG players, want to buy a board game sure stop in, wanna play cards then go else where. There is a ton of options...

I pre-ordered something from them online in March, and it is supposed to come out on June 13th. They sent me the below email. All stores have known their allocation for weeks now, and they could have let me know much sooner so I could get it elsewhere. Perhaps they saw that the price had gone up, and so now they will sell mine to someone else at a large mark-up. Do not pre-order from them, as you will not get what you paid for, but they will keep your money until they decide that they can make more off your investment into their company. They said they issued a full refund, but I have not received my money back either. Avoid their online store at all cost.
