The shop is kool when the guy that works morning is there, but the guy that work nights has a attitude issue and that caused problems when I purchased a vape that started tasting burnt way before 4000 puffs the same day I got it, didn’t go in to get my money back just wanted to replace it, he started telling me I purchased another one from a different shop to replace it with them, he snatched the puff I asked for him to keep to show the guy that works mornings and instead of putting to the side for him, he threw it in the trash, even when he was told to give me another one he still had a issue. He then told me to go to another shop like he owns it, and I’m a faithful customer never had a problem until he got there. I’m cool with the morning guy, he gives great service but the night guy is not good for business. He will make this shop lose money because of his temper problem and that’s not cool, it’s not his shop to turn any customers away because they purchase product that wasn’t working how it’s suppose to work. I understand the no return policy but if it’s something that was purchased there and it doesn’t work like it should it shouldn’t be hard to replace it. Stay away from Legend Smoke Shop. I saw a box that said “5.99” on it and I asked if the products were really that price and this dude said they were $15 and I laughed and asked “then why does it have a sticker saying 6 bucks on it? He asked me why I was smirking, I wasn’t doing anything. He proceeded to threaten me then followed me outside threatening to fight me several times. The other employee was chilling on the side doing nothing. So I went back in my car, came back and started recording. I have never dealt with a business that is unprofessional to this degree. Dude looks like he’s 15 and working at a smoke shop. What a joke. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Response to owner: I did not drift my car in your parking lot. The parking lot isn’t physically big enough for any car to do so. I did a small peel out since I was super upset that your employee threatened me several times. He made the first 5 threats before I started talking back at him. It should be all on video. Man, what an awesome smoke shop? I have been looking at a piece for like 2 or 3 months. I got lucky enough to go in and see. It still told the guy one of the guys offered me a price and he hooked it up matched It and was willing to work with me on the price to make sure. I got something I wanted. This place is awesome.
