Well where do I start after waiting almost 10 minutes to get to the box to order my food I was then told that it would be 10 more minutes if I wanted chicken lucky for me I didn't want chicken I was there for their new tackle box meals. I placed my order asked what kind of chicken they did have available at the moment, after there was some discussion about what was available I was told that they had breast and wings. today is Tuesday so I asked if that would be the two pieces of chicken for a dollar 99? they said no manager wouldn't let him do that. I then proceeded to sit at the Box for another 5 minutes before I asked why wasn't the line moving? When I was told that the people in front of me we're waiting for chicken I was quite irritated. Having watched the car behind me have their passenger get out go inside get four pieces of chicken and then come back out to the car and be able to back out of the drive-thru and leave before I had ever even moved away from the call box, needless to say I was even more irritated. And then asked to speak to the manager who after some discussion about what his name was and waiting for him to come onto the speaker said that he was sorry. I explained to him that not only am I trapped inside of your drive-thru and held hostage by the fact that you are not moving the cars in front that are waiting for chicken you don't have available and asked why don't you park them and allow us to proceed through the drive-thru with food that you do have available. His response was I've already parked 8 cars, which is an entire lie and Fabrication because there were not 8 people in front of me and I saw those cars pull through the parking lot as I was sitting at the Box. The line finally moved and I got to the window. The girl at the window who I believe was also a manager looked at me waiting for me to give her the money for the order. I explained to her that I didn't even know how much the order was no one had told me, she proceeded to read off an order that wasn't even mine. So I had to reorder again sitting at the pickup window. After doing so I then waited longer for my chicken to be ready that they said was ready when I ordered it it was the only thing ready but yet not ready when I got to the window. The manager came up to apologize and I explained to him again the situation and why it was so frustrating he totally agreed and said he had no answer for why the situation was that way other than he was not paying attention. I then finally got home almost 35 minutes after I had originally pulled in the parking lot to find that my order was not correct so after all of that I still didn't even get what I ordered in the first place, which incidentally was driven by they're limited items available. Read moreI don't go to this location very often but everytime I do my order has been wrong in some way. Today I ordered 2 surf & turf boxes and 3pc chicken tender meal. While ordering the person manning the drive through mentioned that they were a little low on the chicken tenders and I'd have to wait 7 minutes for them to get more ready. Not a problem. I went up to the window and waited, when I was brought my food the girl who brought it to me opened the window said, "here" and quickly shut the window. Now to me I didn't see a lot of customers around but the kitchen looked like it was struggling. But I just amounted it to the great chicken shortage of 12:35 2018 and went on my way to deliver the chicken & shrimp to the hungry people waiting at home. Once I got there the food was parted and we began to eat. We each opened our boxes and oh boy was my box a treat. I thought I had order a surf & turf box which comes with 2 chicken tenders and 4 popcorn shrimp, fries and a biscuit plus sauce. What I guess I really ordered was the little bits of over fried chicken batter at the bottom of the barrel, 3 shrimp, no biscuit, no sauce, but hey at least they got the fries right so that's cool. I could forgive the shrimp and the sauce but the chicken and biscuit is the only reason why I eat Popeyes in the first place. I ate it anyways (I was really hungry) but they had already made me wait for fresh chicken, why they would still give me the rejects from the last batch is beyond me. This is third time I haven't gotten a biscuit and the last time. Never again.

Read moreWorst customer service ever all employees walking around slow and moody as if they hate their job.Walked in and had received no acknowledgement waited over 5 minutes to order and the cashier took our order with no energy and annoyed as if we were bothering her. Dinning room was full of dead flies gross. I had to ask for a refund since it was already over 30minutes and our order wasn’t even being worked on, all they were working on was drive-thru and even other customers that arrived later had gotten their food. I asked about our order and the refund and the cashier didn’t even apologize or attempted to see what was going on she just told her manager that I wanted a refund. Manager didn’t even apologize either she argued with me that they didn’t prioritize drive-thru even though had cleared out 3 times already and everyone in the dinning room was still waiting. Then she says well maybe they are waiting on something, well if that was the case they should have informed us. This place is always the same way seems as if their employees don’t get trained nor have any expectations this company doesn’t care for their customers. I tried to fill out their survey on the back of the receipt and it doesn’t work, seems like they are tired of being told how bad they are.
