I’m going to be honest. I was recommended AV Wireless by another tech repair shop, I wanted a battery replacement for my XR because it was overheating and inflating. So hector replaced it, but it had the same issue when I came home. so I took it back, he replaced it again. But he accidentally broke the Face ID. I had security device protection on, Pair that with a broken Face ID, you’re basically cooked, you’re locked out of your phone. So he offered to fix it for free, he needed to order parts and stuff, send it to apple, near the end, the phone’s Face ID still didn’t work. So he offered to transfer everything to another iPhone XR, and use that motherboard, and put it on my original one. Simple right? But I had security device protection on, so I couldn’t really move or transfer anything without my Face ID, so he gave me the other phone, and I had to figure out how to backup my original iPhone XR to iCloud, which literally took my whole day. I figured it out, and backed up my iPhone. Used my backup on the other iPhone XR, and signed in. (BTW apple told me the only way to fix this issue was to go to the nearest Apple Store and have them fix it, they couldn’t disable security device protection without my Face ID. so I needed to use chat GPT to help me. And my only option was to buy an iCloud subscription for 50GB of iCloud storage. which in the grand scheme of things isn’t a big deal, but yk I came there for a battery repair.) I took it back and he fixed it, a day later I noticed problems, I could see the light of my screen on the side of my phone, I can see a blue light on my screen, which means there is pressure inside my screen, and I also have burn in. This took place from June 5 through June 26. I probably came to that place probably 9 times. (It cost $40 for the repair btw,) In conclusion y’all, this is just not worth it. In the end I paid $41, just for my phone to have more problems than when I...

Read more3 months ago I sent a friend over to Hector's shop to get their phone fixed, everything seemed fine until the other day when the problem that was "fixed" reappeared. My friend went in to inform Hector what had happened, he said that there would be an additional charge to fix the device AGAIN that Hector had just fixed ONLY 3 months prior. Coming to a grand total of OVER $100. Why it wasn't fixed correctly in the first place I am not sure, but I feel bad for ever recommending my friend to him. I definitely am going to be posting these event on other social media platforms to get the word out! What he did was terribly wrong and unprofessional. He has lost my business and the business of anyone...
