Most disturbing, disgusting, nastiest motels ever. Shower broke in two rooms. No hot water to shower. Toilet didn’t want to work. Carpet flooding from underneath. Black mold all over the carpet. Cat spray all over the floor and closet and cupboard. Couldn’t let kids sit on the floor. You got dirty barely sitting down. No maid service for anything. They don’t even clean up when you leave. They just change bed stuff and the bedding don’t fit. Piss stains all over the mattress. Felt nothing but springs in one bed. Another bed smelled of human piss all over it. Rooms smell like cat, dog and people piss and poop. No lie. And mildew all over the place. Broken glass in the room everywhere. Cigarette buts in there. Trash under the furniture. You get a fridge in your room but to warm up food gotta go to the front office. Plus to many whores there, mostly naked. Pimps waiting for them. Drug addicts high everywhere. Don’t bring kids. Not safe for kids!! Didn’t get all the pix, they all blurred. But that is glass in phone. At the bed. Tv sucks but whatever. Cost way to much. Nobody should be paying that much at all to be in a crap place. Key never worked for the room. They said they would fix it and never did. Someone always had to be there to be able to get back inside. Has cockroaches....

to management your staff that you have as customer service representatives to your guests of this establishment are all of one race Hispanic they are constantly speaking Spanish in the presence of customers that are not speaking Spanish people and snickering and laughing the overnight shift making jokes of people.I speak poquito Spanish so I understand little what they were saying but they were making fun of me. Buy refer me as the gringa. II work late hours at the hospital so I come in late at night or early in the morning I had to sit out the gate in the cold weather for more than 10 minutes to get the front receptionist girl's attention because she was sleeping on her job matter fact every time we come in at night she's sleeping on the job. And very rude to non-hispanic guests and you call this an establishment I'll be damned if I pay the outrageous prices that you charge to be treated...

If I could leave negative Stars I would. This place is a joke! They are racist and look down on their tenants and guests. The rooms do not get cleaned and they have poor customer service. The front desk receptionist treated me like a thug and I am a single parent who pays for daily living here. Do not come here! There are no amenities there's no ice room service does not come and service the room bathrooms are not clean the sockets and power outlets do not work, cabinet doors are missing from the closet. If their customer service was a bit better it would even out all of the negative aspects of this place however, they treat customers and guests as if we are not paying. I highly recommend you seek other hotels in the area any place is better...
