This place has the best breakfast burritos in town but the they repeatedly make billing mistakes. About a month ago I called in an order and they forgot to put 3 fries that were paid for. Rather than drive all the way back I called it in and they said they would refund my card in 3-5 days. Two weeks later it still had not been refunded and they said I should contact my bank and refused to take responsibility for the refund. Today they charged me $63.90 for four breakfast burritos. I had called it in and ran in to get the food and when I got to the car I thought did they really just charge me almost $64 for 4 burritos? Yes. Yes they did. I guess the girl had too much time on her hands when o called the order on and decided to add two meals that I never ordered.... The restaurant was pretty empty when I got there so it's not like she was being rushed... she just randomly added to extra meals to a very simple order repeated to her several times. When I go back in to address the random charges in my bill, the girls were like oh sorry about that we can just put it back on your card. No thank you I said. I've heard that line of baloney from this establishment too many times. I requested cash and they said they could not give me cash if I paid with card. We went back and forth on that one for a bit and I just thought fine, I'll probably never see my money they owe me, but I'm going to let everyone I can, know about the incompetence and terrible customer service here. If I don't receive this refund within 10 days I'll report them to the better business bureau. I don't get it. I'm a regular repeat customer and yet so many times they mess up in my bill and they never compensate you anything extra to say sorry, and they never even get better. It's not just one employee either, it's all those girls that work the register. You would think working the cash register was like asking them to do calculus on paper.
FYI -Only the gal with the long blonde hair knows what she is doing. She never makes mistakes and sadly only works in the mornings. Good luck my friend. I ordered a BLT today and asked for well done fries because if not then they are soggy/limp fries. I get back to work with everyone's orders. None of the fries are well done. Have a ton of grease and are soggy and I didnt even get a full bag. This has happened 3 times lately. I tried to not complain the first two times and figure they are just off their game. So I call today to say somthing. I am told I have to bring the fries back in to have them remade..I explain to the woman on the phone that I cannot come back because I am on my lunch break. All she will tell me is I have to bring them in. And I get them remade. So I tell her I will be in in about 6 hours After my shift.. with the gross fries. She takes my info down and leaves it at that. So I eat my sandwich. And dump the rest of the fries in the bag and leave it for later. I go to bring them in at now dinner time instead of lunch time as I explained. There is different crew members there. I give her the fries and my receipt. I explain to her I was told to bring them in. She is talking to a man that is cooking. Dosent look for my information. He comes to the counter. Looks at the fries and says the bag isnt full so he isnt going to remake fries. I said they weren't full in the first place and they aren't made correctly. I did exactly what I was told to do. I'm like your freaking kidding me. He ignores me and goes back to the grill. I sit there waiting for him to say anything And the waitress or cashier just tells me to come back in the morning. Why and the heck would I come back in the morning ? And there is nothing she is going to do. Really people.. how hard was it to do the right thing. I did exactly what I was told to do. For one. If you dont do something the right way the first time. Why do I have to jump through circles to get you to correct it. Even hours later. So they practically took my money because they took my fries and reciept and didnt give it back. And I never got the freaking fries. I will never go to this establishment again. They lost me and my co workers. They are liars. They take your money. And want you to go out of your way when they mess up....
