Mr Wok — Restaurant in Lancaster

This is my 3rd time eating at this restaurant each time I love it! I haven't had any complaints at all. The food is utterly delicious and seasoned to perfection. I for one and am very picky and particular about my food. I can't help that I like what I like. In most cases that leaves the owners of establishments to say no. Or even refuse my order. I asked for Kung Pao shrimp low mein and a side of shrimp fried rice. The 1st item isn't on the menu but I just have weird taste buds and know what taste good to me. At 1st he was hesitant not knowing if he would get a bad review for the choices I made. But by far this is the best dish I have had in a while. I ordered this months ago and have been thinking about it ever since. So I had to run it back.. Annnnnd baby. They did not disappoint. Thank you for listening to me. No sir, No ma'am. The customer service here is horrid at best. I place an order at 7:30pm and the cashier told me that my food would be at my door in an hour. Two hours later, I call to get an update on my order and the employee that answered the phone says " I'm just making your food now, we had a lot of orders and we didn't make your food". I was pissed. So the employee kept saying "What you want, you want your money back or you want to wait 20 more minutes"? Basically he could care less whether they kept my business or not. This is now at 9:45 when I am talking to this guy and tell him to just refund my money. I would not recommend this Chinese restaurant to any one I know or respect because they have a horrible customer...

I wish I could just select "Poor". This evening was the first time we ordered from this place. There was absolutely nothing pleasant about the experience. We ordered for delivery. It took over an hour for our food to get here. The teriyaki chicken was a container of cubed chicken thighs with some sort of sweet sauce (not teriyaki). The Mongolian beef was ok but there was very little beef (90/10 vegetables/beef). The potstickers had a slightly crisp outside and completely saturated with grease on the inside. And we only got one order of rice (we ordered 2). To top it all off, they did not supply us with a receipt and after taking a glance at the menu, either we paid $6.25 in tax on a meal that was $19.75, or we got overcharged....
