How to give less than one star? I booked through Expedia for three nights hoping that the bad reviews were exaggerated. The previous bad reviews were kind compared to what I found! I am posting pictures of the holes in the walls, the car deodorizers put by a previous guests into the AC to cover the smell, the ceiling mount for the missing smoke detector which is required by federal law, walls were stained, cigarette burns on almost all the furniture, and toilet paper stuffed into holes in the bathroom to "fill them in." To show I am not a prude, I have traveled to dozens of countries, including some considered third world nations, and this is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN PERIOD! I checked out at 6:15 am after only one night. I would have left as soon as I got into the room, but because I had pre-booked through Expedia, I would have relinquished that night as the cancellation policy for the hotel is two days in advance and then NO REFUNDS!! I am still trying to get Expedia or the hotel to refund, even the last two nights which I did not stay and had to book in another hotel, but thus far no luck. If I lived in the area, I would be taking them to court, no question! I feel for the dozens of families who live there permanently....that's right dozens of families are nested in this hotel. My heart breaks for them. I hope that my call to the zoning office gets action as the missing smoke detector and obviously smoking tenants is a disaster in the making! To add to this, music blaring at 10 PM, 1 AM, and 4 AM. This place needs to be condemned at worst and totally refurbished at best. I would NEVER take a family here...NEVER!

"You get what you pay for"- they say. This took that quote to the max. I reserved 4 rooms for State Cup weekend. Not worth the price. One of the keys to the room didn't eork, so everytime we needed to get in, we had to call someone to open the door. If it wasn't because we were there with other team mates, I would have cancelled the same night. Didn't even let my kids use any towels or sheets. Their breakfast was ok. Extreme basics, and their waffle machine seems to be those $10 ones, with grease accumulating since the first time they used it. Spend $10 more and stay somewhere else.

The only plus was that it was cheap, otherwise, if I could give it zero stars I would. The employee at check-in was very rude. The room was filthy. There was a film all over the counter, the shower was disgusting (we skipped taking a shower it was so gross), the toilet questionable. The bedding was stained. All night there were people outside being noisy and one guest/resident? was working on their vehicle the entire time making sleep nearly impossible. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

I needed a quick place to stay and let's just say I slept on top of the covers on top of my clothes and I used my jacket as a pillow. The cabinets are falling apart and there is dirt that makes this place look like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly ever. I won't even stand in the shower without flip flops because it's gross. There is also a huge questionable HOLE IN MY BATHROOM WALL stuffed with toilet paper! UPDATE I left my room and the owner yelled "who are you and what room do you have" so I told him my room number and he yelled "well go to your room then" like I was a child or something that's not allowed to go outside the hotel!!! The dirty rooms are bad enough but the staff harassing you for stepping out of your room is pushing it! I went back out of my hotel because I had been flipping through channels all day and could not find a signal so I asked the desk (who was on a smoke break apparently so I was a nuisance) how I could access HBO AND ESPEN and their answer was IDK HOW TO GET THOSE CHANNELS. NEVER BOOK HERE BECAUSE I'm sure if I even asked to use the dirty pool they...

The first room they tried to give me 147, was filthy. There were yellow, urine spots in the tub as if someone urinated in the tub and they left it there to dry, the microwave as well as the refrigerator was nasty with dead bugs in the fridge. The second room 141, they offered had holes in the wall, fridge or microwave didn't work, wires hanging out of the wall. Third room 107, caulking around the tub was canary yellow, water did not shut off in the tub, tv didn't work, bed looks like someone had sat on it after it was made up & pillow cases were dirty, had hair & black spots on them. Not worth the money they ask for..should really be a shelter...
