Horrible service after the sale. 2 weeks ago we inquired about having a spot coat purchased at Fillings altered and was told 2 to 3 weeks lead time. Today I took the coat to them and was told due to a recent uptick in business alterations are minimum 4 weeks most likely 6 weeks. Tailor advised "the down fall for this increase in business is longer lead time for alterations" This so called "down fall" only affects the customer but they appear to ignore customer satisfaction. The experience I had was great. I was on a quest looking for an oddly specific suit; unique in color and I have a fairly picky style preference. Randy took the time with me just browsing the books of fabrics to find what I was looking for. We finally found a fabric that appealed to me and then began the custom fitting and styling process. I can't wait for the suit to come in. I love clothes shopping and fashion in general, so having a pleasant shopping experience is important to me, I don't want it to feel like a chore. What an awesome experience it was to come to Filling's Clothing and get fitted for a suit. This was 5 Stars from top to bottom. Randy, and the entire staff made me feel cared for. Everyone was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was rocking a seriously wonderful suit but making me look good to boot! I got the full treatment from shirt, to tie, to a bespoke suit and all the accoutrements!
