I went in tonight wanting to learn more about vapes that are refillable and not disposable. I've been smoking disposable vapes for a while and wasn't sure if I was ready to make the switch. I'm so happy I did go in! Bailey was working and he was incredibly helpful explaining the differences between vapes and what they do. I came in pretty close to closing time which is something I really try not to do at places but he was totally nice and didn't mind at all. He told me what would be of best quality, but without pressuring me to buy anything. He genuinely knew the products and had answers to all of my questions. I will be returning, and recommend this shop to anyone who vapes! Thanks again Bailey, I really do appreciate your time! And I hope management gets your AC fixed, he was stuck working in a really hot store!

Read moreI've been going here since I moved to Lancaster 4 years ago and a different GGV when I lived in Jersey. I've never had an issue until today, the staff is usually amazing but today was a totally different experience. I came in to use my reward for a free device and I had a lot of questions however, I was just met with attitude and impatience. i was asking for recommendations on E liquids and all he said was "I don't really know I use disposables, but I can tell you the most popular ones" everytime I asked a question it was an eye roll, or an impatient huff. My boyfriend went to pay and accidentally hit the screen on the pin pad instead of the button and the guy very loudy and very rudely said " I said the pin pad" I understand if they were having an off day because usually this gentman is nice but the straight up attitude, the monotone but stern voice, the eye rolls, the vague unanswered questions.... It was a lot. I work in customer service so I understand but he took what was supposed to be a great moment of getting a new device into a really bad and toxic experience. I love this store and I religiously only go here but to be honest if I see him in there I will just leave and come back...
Read moreGood selection of devices and juices, and a nice atmosphere and overall aesthetic. The staff, I have found, leaves much to be desired. May be my fault, but as I'm relatively new to vaping, I expected staff to be a little more helpful. They aren't always the most forthcoming, and I've found that I have to work to get answers and suggestions.
They have quite a variety of juices, all of which are very unfortunately placed behind the counter, obscured by a cloudy plexiglass barrier. This is a situation where the staff is particularly hit-or-miss. They're apt to tell you their favorite brand/flavor, but are clearly on the same page when it comes to pushing a particular company's different juice lines.
Easier to see, and to get advice on, were the devices themselves. I was able to walk out with one in my price range that has all the features I could ever possibly need.
The last question mark is with the loyalty program. They were unable to explain the details beyond how to sign up, and I had to figure out how to access my account myself.
It's a 4/5 for selection; 2/5 for customer service...
