Limitless Lancaster, 24 Hour Fitness — Local services in Lancaster

For the monthly cost, I do wish a few things were better about this gym. Some things that have been frustrating that I’ve noticed:

supplies are rarely stocked (paper towels, soap in the bathroom, there’s been an empty hand sanitizer in the lobby for a year, the change filter light for the water fountain has been on for a while now)

the personal training sessions that happen during peak hours take up a lot of space and equipment, and for a gym that isn’t that large to begin with, it kind of sucks to have to work around them constantly

their Instagram claims that kids under 14 aren’t allowed but I’ve seen kids running around on multiple occasions

some general maintenance would be greatly appreciated. One of the ellipticals squeaks so loudly when used that the whole gym can hear it, and the front left treadmill wobbles badly when used

I still remain as a member, as I do enjoy the range of equipment offered, the location, and 24 hour convenience. But I do hope some more effort is put in to make some positive changes to reflect the monthly...

Had a really difficult frustrating time canceling my membership and got charged again before I could. I wanted to cancel it as I found another gym with clean equipment that doesn’t have sweat stains all over it.

I stopped by many times, over the month of August, during the manager’s office hours and no manager was in the office. Never. I called the office when I could not go during their office hours and no one answered. Finally caught someone in the office yesterday and canceled it. Conveniently for them I also got charged for the month of September. When I pointed this out they said the owner would call me in an hour. I did not receive a call. I will update this review if I get charged again. I strongly suggest finding another gym to anyone looking for a place to workout unless you enjoy getting charged extra because the owners/managers don’t want to work at...

Keep a close eye on your billing statements if you ever had a membership with this gym, they'll keep taking your money.

Despite cancelling my account with them on April 16th, and calling again on August 27th to follow up and being guaranteed that my account is closed and I will no longer be charged, I'm still being charged $59 per month for a gym membership that I cancelled almost 5 months ago.

At least one completely broken/unusable stationary cycle Soap and paper towels dispensers are consistently empty, broken, or both. Broken window on the side of the building lets a ton of bugs in, so you're working out in a room full of insects. Water fountain filter is expired and remains unchanged.

If there was a closer Planet Fitness, that would be a much better...
