I came to Lancaster, PA with my partner to look at a few different jewelers to make our engagement ring. I stumbled upon Sara's website from looking at custom jewelers within the area, after discovering her website I showed it to my girlfriend (now fiancee) and she was super excited about going to Sara's workspace to design the ring. As soon as we both walked into her office, we immediately realized that we had no idea what we were doing or what the process of purchasing diamonds and custom making any form of jewelry entailed, however Sara provided us with the utmost reassurance and ease throughout the entire process allowing us to focus our efforts more on making the ring unique and representative of our story. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome board with our names on it and when we walked into her office, we didn't see several types of ready made diamond rings, but instead saw a TV displaying a CAD modeling of a ring Sara was working on for another client, with various 3D printed ring designs on her table for reference. Sara started by asking us questions about likes, dislikes, and other key details of what we wanted from the ring and at that moment, my partner looked at each other knowing we were at the right place. Not only was Sara was so kind and informative from the initial idea gathering, to revisions, to communicating with me on updates with where she was at every point, but she was honest about what the process of working with a custom jeweler entails and made this experience a very special one for us. I heard about Sara Gallo through a close college friend, and she brought my dream engagement ring to life! Not only is she the most sweet and kind person, but she also took the time (over several months) to delve into my brain and create the perfect engagement ring for me. I wanted something vintage and was having trouble finding the right one. Sara helped my finance (now husband) and I through the process of choosing a stone - we chose a lab grown diamond but also looked at sapphires! We talked about all the possible options and our budget - plus countless renderings! She stuck through all of my questions and doubts, even going as far as letting me come in for a second look when I got cold feet on the diamond we chose. Ultimately it was just a case of the "scaries" and the diamond blew me away when Sara invited me back for a second look to calm my fears. I've been working with Sara for over a year and her design work and craftsmanship are impeccable. She created pieces for two of my close friends are both were stunning. Most recently, she's working on transforming my wedding jewelry into new rings for me and my daughter, and I'm blown away by how perfect they're turning out to be. I supplied the original engagement ring and some other pieces (first photo), and a couple of inspo photos, and Sara produced gorgeous CAD designs (photos 2 and 3).
