Spirit Halloween — Local services in Lancaster

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Actually, minus zero stars. First off, this store is completely unorganized and they have no idea what they are doing. Second of all, they are extremely expensive for no damn reason. Lastly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I had a horrible experience this Halloween with them.

I went to the store last minute on the 29th to purchase eyelash glue. Thank God that was the only thing I bought. The eyelash glue was completely EMPTY and I had to find this out on HALLOWEEN when I was trying to wear my eyelashes. I don't think there was ever anything in the bottle because there was zero traces of glue and the box was closed when I bought it. I go there a day later and they want to tell me that all refunds had to be made by October 21st and all exchanges had to be made by October 31st. I told them I didn't care for the refund, I wanted an exchange. It does say no refunds after that date in very tiny letters on the receipt but nowhere does it say no exchanges, especially for a defective item that I couldn't even get one use out of. Complete and utter bull crap. I wasted $4 of my money.

So in conclusion, NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!...

This place has really scary stuff man. I love the big attraction things that are interactive and jumpscare you, makes shopping for Halloween a lot more fun and gets you in the Halloween mood. This is my favourite holiday and Spirit definitely brings me the right kinda vibes when the time rolls around.
