Zero stars... On the app while placing my order I selected curbside delivery. I got to the location and there was no curbside delivery but it was what I selected when I placed my order. I followed the instructions on the email that was sent after placing and paying for my order but there was no space number. I called the store with the telephone number on the app I received the message that "the caller is not receiving messages at this time" but this was listed as the telephone number on the app & when I googled the location also. I sat in front of the store for almost 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get my food & drink brought to my car. I finally went in and won't even go into how the person at the register almost had no concern that the order was for curbside. If they don't do curbside then take it off the app and I can stop going there and go to those food establishments on days when I don't want to go in to get my food to those who still provide curbside or drive-thru which is...

This is the second Charlie's Philly steaks, walk up that I've been to and have been utterly disappointed! The service is great, but it doesn't matter how nice the people are if they mess up your order over and over. I specifically ordered a sandwich and they did everything but what I asked for and I'm not the only one, the guest in front of me, they got his sandwich messed up too. I ordered extra mushrooms, extra tomato and extra mayonnaise on a chicken steak. Not only did they not give me extra mayonnaise, he didn't even put mushrooms on my sandwich! Okay, so this is what my sandwich look like after they tried to fix it?! Now I can't even close it because - the lady was trying to be extra funny and give me extra stuff that I didn't even ask for- the guy grilled green peppers when all I asked for was extra Mushrooms!? I visit this Charley’s often because it’s one of my favorite spots in the area. The team is always on point—friendly, attentive, and consistently serving delicious food. You can tell they cook with care and love, and that means a lot to me.

One moment that really stood out to me: after placing my order, one of the staff smiled, and I asked her why. She said, “I already knew what you were going to order.” That simple interaction made me feel truly appreciated—they remembered me and my usual.
