ALDI — Local services in Lantana

Unfortunately, there is one employee whose behavior has been consistently rude and unprofessional. She is a short woman with red hair and piercings. This evening, around 7:45–7:50 p.m., I visited the store with my children to buy water and groceries. After I paid, I told the cashier I didn’t need the receipt. She placed it on top of my groceries and said, “You still have to take your things anyway.” When I politely said I didn’t want the receipt, she responded, “You can throw it in the garbage.” When I replied that she could throw it away if she preferred, she became defensive and said, “I’m not trying to be rude, why are you acting like this?” I found her tone and attitude extremely disrespectful. She also never greets customers and often appears irritated and dismissive, creating a negative atmosphere in the store. I wanted to report this so that management can address it appropriately. I have been shopping at Aldi for over 8 years. The new one at Lantana, Store # 40, is very convenient to me, but from today, I will rather drive further than go to this location. We had an episode at the cash register just now 04/10 @ 6:18 pm we're the cashier (Christian) was more focused about socializing with the customer he was scanning the itens, and of course he made a mistake with the final bill. He called manager and she had to cancel the whole operations and scan everything back. She was extremely rude to us. She literally said: " YOU CAN WAIT OR YOU CAN GO". And started an argument with us, saying that I was the rude one. That is someone who is not qualified for the position. Customers are the first priority for any kind of business. Aldi quality is getting worse n worse,ran in to get lettuce ,bought chicken thighs also for dinner,what a waste of money they take the shin from the back of the chicken n fold it under the thigh ,so if you want but extra skin with your thigh this is your place,never again ,I put two pieces in a zip lock bag with the skin still on it ,once I removed all the skin I fit 3 pieces in the same bag ,horrible that they stuff extra skin to add weight ,got me once ,never again will I even go near ypur meat section,God knows what's in the chop meat,pic shows how much skin came off of the 3 little thighs,don't...
