I brought my nephew here to celebrate his 10th birthday, and what should have been a fun memory turned into a nightmare. Before going, I specifically called to confirm if a 10-year-old could play and was told “yes.” No warnings, no suggestions, nothing. Yet when we arrived, I saw a sign clearly stating that the minimum age requirement was 13. How could they knowingly allow my 10-year-old nephew to play when they already knew the rules?
From the start, the place showed zero understanding of how to operate a business or create a welcoming environment. The gear was oversized, and there were no clear instructions for my nephew or for us as first-timers. Instead of making the experience enjoyable and educational, they set us up for failure.
The worst part was the instructor. Instead of calmly guiding us, he lost his temper, shouting aggressively and telling us to “leave if we didn’t know how to play.” His behavior was so unstable and erratic that I honestly questioned if he was under the influence of something. Considering this is an environment with replica weapons, that behavior was not only unprofessional, it was flat-out dangerous.
When I brought this up to the manager, their response was: “He’s not having a good day.” That’s completely unacceptable. No business should ever put someone so unstable and aggressive in charge of guests—especially when children are involved.
My nephew ended up leaving scared and humiliated on what should have been his happiest day. My family and I drove from Port St. Lucie only to be yelled at, disrespected, and put in danger.
This facility has no sense of professionalism, no ability to create a safe and welcoming environment, and no respect for its own rules. It is unsafe, poorly managed, and should be avoided at all costs. Allowing an instructor like that to work here is a liability waiting to happen. I would never recommend this...

The real problem was the instructor. Once inside the field, instead of calmly guiding us, he completely lost control. He started shouting aggressively, telling us to “leave if we didn’t know how to play,” and behaving in a way that was absolutely unstable and alarming.    Read moreI played at Miami Airsoft a little over a year ago, and honestly, the experience really turned me off. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and it made me not want to go back. Since then, I’ve spent about a year playing at other fields around Palm Bay, which was a better experience overall.
This week, I decided to try out Palm Beach Airsoft, and I was seriously impressed. It’s amazing what a difference it makes when the staff actually care about the players and want everyone to have a good time.
I want to give a big shoutout to Josh, Marco, and Et for going above and beyond. Josh, who was our ref, checked in on us after every game and kept things interesting by switching up the game modes. It really felt like he was there to make sure we had fun. I also had a quick chat with Marco about some airsoft guns—his knowledge was solid, and he was super helpful.
After years of playing this sport, I can confidently say: it’s the people who work the field that make or break the experience. Palm Beach Airsoft absolutely nailed it. Thanks again to the team for making it such an...
