I had begun to notice a large divot in the bed and was even able to press my hand into the fabric and grab a spring with little resistance. The owners of this store were fantastic and not your typical salespeople, straight to the point while being friendly, no upselling or fake small talk. The owners walked me through everything and thoroughly explained each aspect of every mattress and what I was paying for. I was desperately in need of a new mattress and box spring . I wanted a really nice mattress but I couldn’t afford the crazy high prices. I found boxdrop lapeer on Facebook. I sent them a msg and they responded right away. They got me in for an appointment that day! (even with my crazy work schedule) Colby was super helpful and explained each mattress to me. Never pushed anything on me, which I really appreciated. Not only were they helpful, friendly, and patient with me, but they delivered my mattress and box spring the same day!!! Jeremy was extremely professional and has excellent customer service skills we are very glad to have went to Dropbox to do our shopping we are very appreciative and and would not have wanted to go anywhere else after the experience that we had.
