Geek Squad — Local services in Laredo

I have warranty on my television expires till next year. I'm having trouble getting my television exchange. Geek squad have replaced the same part more than 3 times, also other parts as well an still can't fix my tv. It's over a month now. Very Disappointed why even sell warranty! Appointment by appointment and same thing. By now the tv got worse it won't turn on! I have been Trying to contact manager but won't answer or he want call me he has my number! They said they will "send me a $100 gift card" 15 days ago I haven't received nothing. Today 11/27/19 they cancel my appointment for I dont know what reason and supposedly they are going to send me another $100 gift...

Rude when they answer the phone and that's when they answer cause it's rare you actually talk to someone and no help...
