We've always had pretty consistent food at this location and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. However, the last four times we've been here, our service has been horrible. We somehow always seem to get the same waitress regardless of the time we visit. She is incredibly rude and always seems to be in a hurry. My mom, three kids and I went yesterday for lunch and after our service I don't think we will go back. When we saw the waitress approaching our table my mom and I looked at eachother; we both knew what we were in for. She didn't introduce herself and asked what we wanted to drink. The kids and I ordered lemonade and soda and my mom ordered wine. When my mom was asked what size of glass she wanted she replied with the $10.00 glass of wine. The waitress rudely replied that she should just buy the bottle because she got two glasses last time and she could take the leftovers home. My mom said she was fine with the one glass. The waitress continued to argue with my mom over her choice. When my mom told her she was fine with paying the $10.00 for the one glass, the waitress rolled her eyes. A few minutes later, she brought our salad and breadsticks to the table. Our breadsticks weren't fresh and looked burned. The salad didn't have much dressing. We figured we would just keep our mouths shut as to not further irritate the waitress. She came back about 10 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. My mom ordered the lunch five cheese ziti, my kids ordered off the kids menu and I occupied with my youngest (she's 15 months old) asked kindly for the chicken fettuccine alfredo but instead of pasta asked if I could sub it for broccoli. She gave me a look that made me feel like it was an inconvenience to order it that way. She didn't ask if I wanted the lunch or the dinner size. When the food came out, we all got our food and I looked at my food and I saw that she assumed I wanted the dinner portion. The last two times we came for dinner and I ordered the dinner portion. It would have been nice if she would have asked me before assuming I wanted the dinner size because I was only wanting the lunch size but was distracted with feeding my youngest. My food wasn't super hot and there wasn't any alfredo sauce on it; it was like it had been tossed with alfredo then strained. I didn't want to even attempt to ask for more sauce in fear that I'd either get attitude or charged for more sauce. We were never offered refills on breadsticks, salad or drinks. She brought us the check and I was irritated that I was charged almost $20 dollars for my underwhelming fettuccine but then I was charged an additional $2 dollars for broccoli instead of noodles. Hearing other waiters and waitresses helping their guests with kindness and respect was great to know that not everybody hates their job but upsetting that we continue to get sub par service. It was very frustrating paying $70 for a meal and being treated like we were an inconvenience. I totally understand having a bad day but to treat people like this on a norm is very disappointing, especially people who are regulars. I've worked in various types of customer service jobs and I never in a million years would treat someone the way she treated us/has treated us. Maybe this isn't the right job for her. We will either next time ask for another waitress other than Jamie, or we will go elsewhere or to the El...

Read moreWe went to Olive Garden to celebrate our granddaughter's 11th birthday. She even wore a big bright red Happy Birthday ribbon on her chest. The restaurant was mostly empty, it being a Tuesday evening. We were seated in an area that only had one other table with patrons. We waited for quite awhile for someone to come and take our drink order. We kept looking toward the entrance to the dining area and there were about 10 servers just standing there talking to each other. I would actually make eye contact with them, but no one would at least try to contact our server to let them know we looked like we needed something. She finally did come and took our complete order since we actually had time to look over our menus. We did ask for Calamari as an appetizer. I will only say this about the Calamari; bad choice. Just a little while later, another table joined our dining area and just as they had finished sitting down, their server came to take their drink order. Our food was bland and barely OK. Not worth us choosing them over another restaurant. Anyway, our granddaughter had finished her tea and no one would come around to ask us if we needed anything else, especially refills. Our server finally, did show up and asked us how we were fairing. We did mention that the Calamari was completely off. She said she would ask management to take it off our ticket. The manager came to our table and with a very loud voice said that the Calamari was cooked to their specifications but she would remove it from our ticket. You could hear the other patrons at the two tables grow quiet. It was quite embarrassing because she made us seem as if we were doing in on purpose to have the food removed from the receipt. Just a couple of minutes later, the staff came to the other table and started singing happy birthday to a young man of about 16 years. Our server, at this time came to ask us if there was anything else. I told her I wish she would have noticed that my granddaughter was wearing something to alert her to the fact that it was her birthday. She did say sorry, but that didn't change the fact that she was barely there to even notice. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I will, however, recommend the ones...
